Turtle stand(at least 30sec)- should freeze - backspins (at least 3 rounds)

Backspins back to stab(via shoulder stand/freeze)
Variation Mills Tips:
1. Rely More on Upperback/Forehead
2. Spin On Higher Back
3. Momentum Generated from Your Legs!

@@divinemotion1263 I'm I missing a muscle in my shoulder or do I just have to get used to transitioning from backspin to turtle from the shoulder bone because whenever I try to get up (from backspin to shoulder freeze), it just feels like my shoulder bone is sticking out and grinding itself on the floor which hurtsss.
