    For those wondering how to find the z score, in casio 991cw u can go to distribution mode, choose inverse normal and enter the confidence interval as area (keep default values of μ and σ)

    At 20:54 Q = 0.05 because Q=1-P
    1-0.95= 0.05

      1 tail or 2 tail will be decided as per the H1... If your H1 hypothesis involves either > or < sign then use 1-tail and if H1 involves NOT EQUAL TO SIGN then use 2-tail.
