Thank you brother. Man it’s been a long road , but glad to achieve that milestone. You and a few others keep me inspired for sure. I’m in this with you guys for the long haul. 👊🏼👍🏻
Found your video. Won’t help me with a 2024 RAM Power Wagon. I’m trying to put a 35” up under the PW on a 20” wheel. Don’t think I can do it same way. Bummer.
Dang I sure hate that. I don’t really have any experience with the new Dodge trucks. if you find out more about fitting that 35 under there, please let me know as it will help other subscribers to my channel, Thank you
I’m curious to know whether you’ve actually put the spare on just to see how the truck drives with the new spare on? I’m in the same situation, with my truck having 35’s and an OEM spare under the truck bed. Might do the same thing and upgrade the tire to that 17” rim it’s on. Thanks for sharing.
That is a good point. Truth be told I have not put that spare tire on to test it. That may be a good Saturday project to do to give piece of mind. Thanks for the thought. I feel sure if you upgrade you tire on the factory rim you will be fine. 🤙🏼
@@LivinWith3M thank you Sir and the only reason why I bring this up, is because I’m doing a roadtrip next month and needed to upgrade on my spare. I’ll be doing the same once I swap out the old spare to the bigger size. 👍🏼
Man that’s a tough question. I know the 35 will fit. That’s going to require you laying up under it and getting some measurements. Even then, the only way to tell is to raise one up under there and try it. I will do some searching and if I hear of anyone running a 37 inch spare under the bed then I will yell at you 👊🏼
Love it . But wouldn't it have been easier to back the truck up to the tire LOLOLOL . I guess I will doing this mod . But think I will have stuff welded together and add on a 3/8" drive drill adapter so i can use a cordless drill or a ratchet . But great idea and thanks .
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Y’all know I do things the hard way. Definitely would have been easier. Omg I’m dying laughing. Great observation brother. That cordless drill is an awesome idea too. Thanks for all your support on the channel man. 👊🏼👍🏻
@@LivinWith3M Happy to help when I can with anyone as I am a car/truck guy cant wait to start sharing stuff on my channel about my 3 car fleet LOL . But nothing like yours .

🤣 my local tire shop in gastonia had it. He said he had this one left over from a couple years ago. Not sure if they still make these. If I can find where they sell them then I will let you know. Deep Digger 🤣cost me $100 installed
The spare does not need to match on size (i.e. full size soare). That’s a common misconception. The limitation is that you should not ise the smaller size spare at the front. If you get a front tire flat, then you’ll need to swap a rear tire to the front & then install the soare to the rear, so it’s a 2-tire swap at that point.
@tommyrq180 I’ve driven on spares that were a lot smaller on 2016 and newer trucks so I have never experienced the sensors not allowing. Just my experience.
@@LivinWith3M Thanks-that’s good to hear. I can’t get an answer from either Ford or Roush. I believe that I could substitute a proper diameter tire in that spare slot, though, maybe even using the crappy steel spare rim. I’ve seen people stuff a 35 up in that space on YT.
Great video bro! I’ve been trying to figure out what to do for a spare but didn’t think a bigger size would fit there! Thanks for sharing
Thanks bro. Yeah I was a little worried at first too. They said a 35 is the largest that will fit. I’m glad it worked out for sure. 👍🏻
Good to know , just bought a 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT . Going from factory to 33’s with a 3.5 in lift.
Yep you should be fine. Sweet ride by the way. Love those newer Chevrolets. 👊🏼
CONGRATULATIONS brother on 1k.
I know how hard you worked and been waiting for this.
Congratulations again my brother🤘🏼

You are most welcome. Safe travels my friend.
I’m running 37”s on my 18 F150. Do you think there’s enough room for one in the spare location? I’m in the same boat with not having a spare tire.

Cool thanks man. I’ll definitely try to get some measurements. I just ordered a set of the Hercules TIS TT1s. Should be in tomorrow.
My truck is leveled with 20x10s on 33s qould my spare work if i was in a pinch?
Yes. It sure would. That factory spare will be fine to put on. I’ve seen it done with that size tires easily. 💪🏼🤙🏼
Did you remove the heat shield for the spare tire to make it fit?
No I didn’t have to.
@@LivinWith3M nice ok thank you
What did you do about your exhaust? Would it hurt the tire being close to it?
Fits perfectly. Never hurt the tire from being close to exhaust. I’ve ran this for a year now. 👍🏻
Ok cool
"Linglongs" 🤣
🤣🤣🤣
😀👍🏿Great Tips,Good Stuff....what's the spare wheel spec?
Thanks bro. That’s the factory spare so it’s a 18x8 wheel. I fitted the 35x12.50 on it. 👍🏻👊🏼
Thanks for the infor 😀

The middle finger salute. 🤣🤣. Thank you my brother.
How the "F" R U getting that tire outta there during a storm or other bad weather - put it in the bed!!!!!!
Thanks for the advice.👍🏻
A 35 fits on a ford what about if you have 37s ?
I really don’t think a 37 will fit under the truck. But you can still keep a 35 and run it just fine as a spare with your 37s.
What jack do you use?
I use this 3 ton jack. amzn.to/3J2LQL2
Where did you find that deep digger lol and for how much ?

I’m seeing some online for like 200 bucks. So 100 is a steal 👍🏽
Yeah I got lucky for sure. They say they are a good tire so even at $200 it’s cheaper that a lot out there.

If you have different sized tires in the rear, you’re going to blow your diff…
Wouldn’t modern speed sensors detect a difference and not let you drive away? I understand speed sensors will not work with different sized tires.

sent you a message on facebook would like to chat with you on the occasion about your truck and mine .
Hey. I’m looking on Facebook and not seeing anything.

Sounds good. 👍🏻
I have 35x12.5 R20. So my spare must also be on a 20 inch rim?
Yes. From the factory your spare wheel will be the same diameter of your other wheels. 👍🏻👊🏼
