Great to have you back! I went through a similar realisation last year about Oct/Nov time. Prioritising whole foods and balancing my deficit is my current focus. There are so many documentaries on UA-cam about ultra processed foods and big food! It is shocking and horrifying 🤢 but they keep me motivated to avoid them 😂

Hey!! Great to see you back. I've been put into a chemically induced menopause so water retention is awful no matter how much I watch calories and 28,000 steps a day (average). Hormones play such a huge part on weightloss x
