i've been really enjoying these videos, very well put together without any excess jargon to confuse new peeps. i've already learnt a lot form watching! i didn't know you can use normal hobby acrylics on the body shells, i thought it needed to be RC specific to allow for flex. that's a game changer for me cheers :)

What color is that teal and pink
I think it’s hobbynox not sure if it’s iridescent teal or solid aqua blue though, managed to grab a blurry screenshot before he painted the colour 😂
After you paint the shell do you seal the paint work with anything as it would be easy scratched off from the inside otherwise?
Just a backing of white or black… it’s quite durable! Depending on the car you back add various tapes to the inside of high wear areas but generally they hold up 👍

It is impossible for me to find those clear sheets that are 500 microns or 20 mil in thickness. I have looked everywhere. When I go to the link you provided it takes me to something totally different. Would anything else work as good? Great video. Thank you.

So it doesn't matterif the paint isn't specifically for rc car bodies?
Id only ever use either Valejo acrylic paint or specific polycarbonate paint for sure!
