I wouldn’t move on the west side in the Austin area speaking from experience 🤷🏽‍♀️ the town home is very nice

I lived in Austin for 4 months back in 2003, ohh my God, I've never seen so many people strong out on drugs in my life, it was depressing 😢

I wouldn't move on the South side in the Englewood, Back of the Yards or the Wild 100's neighborhoods.

Can't go wrong with old school bathroom tiles, not modern, but nostalgic. Brings back fond memories of growing up in the 80's 😊

There's plenty of room in the basement for a renovation of that half bathroom, it would totally be worth the investment.
