Yes for up north, it's a great color. In Florida where I live, it would be way too hard to keep cool and the a.c. unit would struggle thru the summers.

Clean and crispy sounds loke you're talking about fried chicken. Then to use the same phrase back to back in sentences was.....ugh. You're young though, and a thesaurus could be your best friend. Before getting ready to do these videos, you need to consider what words you are using to describe the rooms a little better. Other than that, you've got a great enthusiasm for these Chicago homes. You'll get there. Instead of saying something mimicks the floor well, it would have sounded better saying it compliments the floor well. Maybe before putting these videos out well, you can go over what you're saying and just do a little bit of adjusting here and there to make them sound more professional especially selling higher-end homes you don't want to sound uneducated as that could scare off potential buyers believe it or not.
