Man, your work is incredible lol. I didn't even know you could kick, been watching your shadow and rope work. I'm a 47 year old Muay Thai hobbyist, Ill be working my ass off to get this level of technique.
Question - if you shadow spar everyday only, do you think it has a good effect of fat burning and weight loss provided diet is not bad? How long of a session each day and how clean does your diet have to be in your opinion to get lean with shadow sparring only? I ask because ive picked up an injury on my wrist so burpees are out of the question right now, and i seem to flare up an old back injury when i run or go to the gym. So im thinking, with my very busy schedule, if i can get in shadow sparring each day how effective would it actually be? Cheers mate
May i ask your advice on injuries though i understand recovery and understanding pain but what do we do if like say we go so hard we injure ourselves? How to deal with it psychologically because taking time off is depressing i need guidance😭
