Oh wow, I just started practicing how to make anpan and I didn't realize I needed this. Still gotta start with the basics, but hopefully I'll try this soon enough.
@@LisasLemonyKitchen true, but not for my family..! extremely sorry, can't use yeast as well grams... 🥺 My kids have problems with yeast infection... So, I'm always searching better option of baking soda + baking powder and yogurt..! Thanks for sharing the suggestion.. I'll definitely try my way... Instead of yeast cash I use yogert and baking soda and baking powder!!!!!
If it works for you, that is great.
But yeast is good for bread baking :)
