Ingredients （材料）:
450g bread flour or high protein flour （面包粉/高筋面粉）
50g plain flour （普通面粉）
60g caster sugar （细砂糖）
15g matcha powder （抹茶粉）
2 1/2 tsp / 8g instant yeast （即溶酵母）
1 tsp salt （盐）
100ml whipping cream （动物性鲜奶油）
160ml + 30ml cold milk (冷牛奶）
1 large egg （鸡蛋）~ grade A
50g Butter （牛油）
250g Cooked red bean （煮熟红豆）
