This was an interesting side trip in the series on how to get obsessed with overthinking the perfection of the roads. Real life doesn't give that luxury, people have to adapt to the imperfections.

You forgot to connect the ferry to the original ferry port where all the parking lots were. I think you also left a pilar in the middle of the road where you lengthened the 4 lane road (overpass) that connects to the highway. You removed an elementary school, then added way more people. You probably need 3-4 elementary schools now.

The oil used to fuel ships is commonly called "Bunker Fuel" so I'd suggest calling the sea-port district "Bunkerburgh" ...

The office near airport doesn’t look realistic due to its size . Make it medium size😢
