That's because the reality is that democracy IS the greatest threat to military industrial complex, their shareholders and to the corrupted members of government.
It is a distortion of the reality destined to convince people that democracy is the government, it is not.
Majority of people don't want wars. They want their tax money used to make their lives better and to develop their country not to kill innocents and to enrich a handful of bilionnaires.

The right to assemble to protest peacefully does not overide the right of students to be able to safely go to class and do the normal things that students do at a university that they're paying a lot of money to go to. It's as simple as that.
An encampment doesn't hinder other students, so I am glad you agree that the protesters actions don't violate anything.
Harassing, calling for genocide of the Jews, destroying property, disrupting the lives of others is not peaceful protest. Illegal activity is not freedom of speech. It is dangerous for students to keep stating facts that are not completely accurate.
