That would be done 5 times quicker with hand mixer, not only dont have to worry about bottom unmixed but also its hard to add ingredients while whisking

We DO NOT AGREE.
That's because with and mixers you will destroy all the protein, you will not incorporate the air and it will not make it properly, but... anyway... every body have differents way...but results are completely different as well...
