材料/Ingredients:
一百二十克南北杏 120g Chinese Almonds
二十五克粘米 25g jasmine rice
六十克冰糖 60g rock sugar
一隻蛋清 1 egg white
六百毫升浸過南北杏和粘米的水 600ml water
一個布袋用來隔渣 1 muslin bag

I love this recipe and make it all the time. Is there a way I can use the ground nuts after I extracted all the liquid? Thank you.
I was making s simple risotto and added 1/4 cup of the almond meal to the arborio. Can't taste much of the almond. There is still a good amount left. I think I will freeze it for later use..
I use it to make cookies

May I ask what is the proportion of 南北杏? It's because when I cook soup, one of them is using less than the other one, otherwise the soup will be bitter according to my notes. Chinese reply please, thank you Mama Cheung.

Candice Li 你好!你說甜杏仁是否平時當口菓那種,如果是那種便有些少不同,例如香味不同,南北杏的杏仁味會香些,亦有藥療效益,而甜杏都有它本身的益處的,如果用作潤肺止咳,都是用南北杏那種較為好些,謝謝支持😊👍
