You learn more in the first 3 months of riding a bike than the first 3 years of a car though.
For example rev with kev was riding aggressive overstepped a corner and nearly had a head on.

Is it an american thing they teach during lessons to rev loudly instead of using the horn? In most of Europe beeping the horn is accepted to give notice of your place on the roadbut reving is considered quite aggressive.
