Agreed. This is the classic 'two wrongs don't make a right' scenario. No problem with honking at the guy for failure to yield at the roundabout but laying on it like that was unnecessary and provocative. Just get the driver's tag information and vehicle description and move on. It was clear how terrified the girlfriend was about how the cammer was behaving behind the wheel.

Was he brake checked or was the other guy slowing down because of the bike rider walking his bike on the side of the road? I agree that he overreacted. He was cut off and has a dashcam that recorded the license plate. I would argue that everything after that was caused by his raging.

Guy at 1:29 needlessly escalated that situation. He wasn't in the wrong at the beginning, but he let his ego take over.
1:29 this guy can’t be serious. He drove over the curb and made the situation 10x worse than it would’ve been. He could’ve honked at the red car and continued with his day.

it's just so amazing. i mean, the red car should have stopped, sure, but in the end the guy filming didn't even have to slow down so i don't even see the problem. then, at least here in europe, when we call the cops on some guy and we have the license plate, the cops will find you anyway, no need to block the road. a friend of mine did a little hit and run after drunk driving (not his proudest moment, he drove walking speed into a brand new BMW on a one way road in the wrong direction. i was sleeping on the back seat and was in shock after waking up and saw the head lights of the BMW. it took me a minute to realize how fast, or slow, we were going. i will never forget that... anyway) it took less than 5 minutes for the cops to call my friend on his phone asking where he is.

I disagree with even that part. Perfectly acceptable merge. Roadrager is at low speed, red car at a decent speed, the distance between them is increasing even. I see tighter merges on a daily basis and it all turns out fine unless the merging party decides to suddenly slow down for no reason.

There’s nothing more humorous than watching a clip from someone who is trying to show the other person in the wrong and yet provides clear and obvious proof of their far more dangerous and clearly illegal driving. 1:30, you claim he brake checked you (that’s clearly not what happened) and you then committed several driving infractions, far more than the other driver and proved you were the problem who has no business being behind the wheel.

That said, the guy getting "cut off" wasn't even cut off: at no time did the cammer have to touch his brakes. Yes, the maneuver was tight, but had the cammer not honked like a madman, he could have continued at exactly the same speed he had been going and drove like the other car had never been there.

How am I supposed to feel that my partner is safe and responsible when they put me and others (child or 🐕) in a position of violence? No denying the need for deescalation is an amazing skill to use in most situations, like the first one, be annoyed and honk, but then keep on. The second one, considering their clothing and the probable membership to a biker gang, it may have been the best call.

It was 25mph area XD. With the black car doing that hard a swing turn for his car to require to straighten out he had to be going way faster than that. Then he only got faster and sped past them. Police aren’t going to let you go even 10 miles over in a residential like that, especially if you advertise it with your muffler. (The camera people had been going like, 29 mph according to their dash so that dude was easily maybe 15+ miles over. In a residential? Dude would be lucky to keep his license.)

We've had three different shootings due to road rage in my city within the last couple of months. One a middle-aged woman followed someone into a hospital parking lot and came at his car with a bat, the guy in his early 20s had a conceal carry license and shot and killed the woman as she opened his door.
Another similar incident happened a month later except it was the guy following the person who pulled a gun and shot at the other guy as he got out of his car. The other was the same except two guys were fighting and the girlfriend of the following car got out with a gun and shot the guy who had his son in the car.
These days too many people are stupid and reaction on emotion instead of thinking anything through. It's not worth following someone to try to "punish" them yourself, especially if you have loved ones in the car with you. I get pissed at people driving like an idiot too, but you forget about it by the time you get home. Can't forget getting yourself or someone you love killed because you and the other person lack self control.
I remember these two ladies followed my mum home after a small miscommunication on the road, the got out of the cars and looked pretty aggressive until my uncle who was luckily near us hopped out and told them to get back in the car. Road rage is unbelievable and I will never understand it.

Call the cops for what? The red car BARELY even “cut off” the cammer. It wasn’t even remotely close. A tiny bit annoying? Sure. But not even close to a bad “cut off”. If anything it’s the red car that should be calling the cops on the cammer for driving like a complete psycho, breaking many laws, trying to prevent red car from being able to go about his day (some states could be charged with kidnapping for this action). Cammer is lucky that red car isn’t more aggressive, could have easily been someone who is willing to stand their ground and cammer end up beat up or even shot over his own stupidity. I gave him a little "beep" just to let him know he had been stupid. Then went on my way. You really have to be on the bit with all of those crappy drivers out there. BTW 75 year old lady here. LOL
@@ybrynecho2368 you are absolutely correct in that you have to really be on your toes when driving. There are so many reckless and distracted drivers on the road these days. Everyone is in SUCH a hurry for no reason. Everyone thinks that because they are in a hurry you should also be in a hurry. World is full of selfish people behind the wheel, it’s quite sad. Speed limits mean nothing to most people. If you’re not going at least 10-15 mph OVER the speed limit, people will ride your tail and act like you’re purposely slowing them down and take it personally. Just a world full of selfish people that are in a huge hurry for no reason. People need to realize that driving erratically and cutting in and out of traffic trying to get to their destination faster never actually gets them there faster by any meaningful amount of time. At best MAYBE they will make it to their destination 1-2 minutes faster, but that is best case scenario. Usually it doesn’t get them there any faster AT ALL. Keep being on your toes out there ma’am! And watch out for all the young selfish drivers that have no respect for other drivers on the road 😊

Regardless of the other issues and fears about computers taking over, this is an area that once they figure it out will be a welcome technology. The only fear I have is once they stop driving and getting angry, how will that rage get directed as it’s a lot easier to get the steering wheel out of peoples hands then it is getting the guns out of the hands of Americans.
These people that keep pushing confrontations after the traffic situation is over are crazy. So many people carry guns these days and apparently have no problem in dropping someone who "disses" them. It's not worth it to get your ass shot over something as transitory and worthless as a traffic situation in which a collision was avoided.
If they jump outta the car and they approach me in traffic where I can’t get away I’m taking it right to DEFCON 2 drawn weapon and yelling “ STOP STOP STOP, as loudly as I can. If they keep advancing then I’m in fear for my life and am fully within my rights to use lethal force to end a potentially violent encounter

I had an incident where someone cut me off getting on a one-lane on-ramp (two inches away from both me, and the guard rail on the other side), he jumped out of his car at the redlight screeching like a banshee while his wife demanded he get back in. I hung up on my mom, hip thrusted forward and pretended to jack it as this guy turned beat red and got hit by another car coming up the ramp🤣
I live for shit like that, although nowadays I keep a camera on and the police might figure out I antagonize these dipshits into it

All of the cammers are worse than the drivers they are trying to humiliate. Everything from flipping off drivers who are legally passing to starting road rage incidents with other drivers they are upset with. It’s just ridiculous. The cammers need to analyze their mistakes too and what they could have done differently to avoid situations like that.

Ive seen a few dash footage now of guys pursuing road rage while their SO's/children are in the car, and it's so upsetting. They've obviously done this before and act this way often. It's really sad for those families because you can tell from just that clip that he doesn't respect them.

I’ve done that plenty of times with zero reaction to the person in front. It’s much less offensive than a horn blare. That ain’t instigating….

Once rode with a roommate in college do this, I was the passenger unfortunately. Some old couple brighted him from a car coming the opposite direction and he went off kilter just like this and chased them down. I thought he was going to beat the two old people up. I was in the passenger side trying to hide my face and wonder how I would never ride with this guy again.

The ones where the passenger can be heard trying to tell the driver to calm down remind me of my late father. He used to do bullshit like this - somebody would make some minor mistake or get too close or whatever and he'd take offense and chase after the guy, instead of just shrugging it off and getting on with his life. I always hated that crap when I was growing up.

I think the only time I've flashed my high beams at someone was because they had them on too. It was a quick flash to let them know. Only did it twice. First time worked as intended, second time... well apparently the dude just had very bright headlights and when they flashed their actual high beams it was like daytime for a brief moment
