I phantom shift a lot and it started in third grade but it was just ears and sometimes a tail but yesterday i felt a skull with the ears. i haven't found my therian type yet but i see it in my dreams, i have memories of running in woods and climbing trees in places i've never seen before. I don't know if other therians have had these but some times it's great but then you can't do work because you can only focus in the sounds around you.

please be careful! No matter what, if quads are causing you pain, stop immediately and rest. If you keep going you may cause some sort of long-term injury. I speak from experience

a great place is etsy but most of the tails sold on there don’t come with clips so you would have to put one on yourself which is quite easy, i don’t recommend ebay, amazon, wish ect. since they all come from cruel fur farms and will be low quality anyway. i hope this helps!
I recommend doiny quadrobics on trampolines , or mattresses like the ones you blow up . It's not harmful but be careful on mattresses because you might possibly cause a hole .
Alr therian’s y’all r cool but my brother scared the 💩 out of me by spider walking down the hallway at 3:00am so it would be kinda strange seeing someone spider walking and trying to jump over my couch 🛋️. Lynx is a snow cat that lives in mountains.
