      I agree, and there's a decent amount of "everyman" motors he reviews as well. He's also gotten me more interested in Ferrari's and the other high end weapons that I always found boring because there's no chance of owning one. Also the scripting is top notch. I'm glad that DriveTribe thing never worked out. This is way better.

      @@dash3dot this 812 has OPF filter. Generally, people think Ferrari V12s sound better than Lamborghini V12s. Just look at how people react to the 812 with straight pipes vs Aventador....812 sounds better than the Aventador. Stock it’s not louder, but it sounds better.

    • @dash3dot
      @dash3dot 3 роки тому +2

      @@mikemoggerson6651 I don't know what people say that. It just doesn't. There is way more substance in Lamborghini V12 sound, it's heavier (I don't mean louder), denser with way more mechanical rawness in it. Ferrari sounds so polished, too polite. Lamborghini and Pagani have quite similar sound, and You aint gonna convince anyone that 812 or any other modern V12 Ferrari sounds better than a Zonda.

What a machine, in a world full of dull electrics, we will ask ourselves how this masterpiece was possible in 2021. The Lamborghini 60° V12 is next, in terms of longevity and history, having powered legendary cars such as the Miura, Countach, Diablo and Murciélago. The BMW M70 V12 as well. Awesome review. Owning a Ferrari has been THE dream I have since whatever age I can remember back to. You have the best job in the world, congrats.
    And, that 21 year old test is a shockingly accurate description of me.

    James. Your 550 classic just cool. This just insane. Ferrari do just enough to keep us all wanting the 400k new models. I’m more HubNut bangernomics and classics but do I appreciate this 812!!! Nice review. Feel I was there with you. That noise !!!!! My Xl1 a washing machine , this is well. Amazing.

    While I think a lot of supercar styling has been rather wonky looking, I find this 812 GTS to be downright attractive. And the blue is so refreshing compared to retail red.

    I can't begin to imagine what 800 bhp is like. My car is 90 bhp tops and being 17 years old now has probably lost a quarter of those horses. Supercars is a world i will never know, but i still enjoy the videos.

    Really enjoyed that review. I didn’t a have a favourite car either, until now 👍 Like that you respect how fast it really is and don’t pretend you can handle it. Not sure anyone can on the road (even Chris Harris!)

  • @FerrariPista_911TurboS_BMWM3

    Another fantastic review young man 👍🏻 I applauded your review of the DB9 some time ago and I do it again here. I’m changing my 2 car weekend garage at present and looking at either an 812 GTS or 488 Pista Spider and this review will really help when I take the test drives. Great stuff 👍🏻

    What a beast...it's like the Italian version of a Lexus LFA.
    Super high revvy engine, corners like a house fly and has loads of trick bits to make it go fast and look good.
