    Two quick notes, which I am sure you are aware of but not everyone of the viewers:
    1. Remeber to switch the game around. The guy playing down the line most likely needs to run much more, so try to keep it balanced.
    2. Even though you know where the ball is going, try to not start running into the direction early for two reasons:
    A: you might find yourself out of position because your partner lacks accuracy and you are standing too close to the ball
    B: this can quite easily becoma a habit! Always expect the unexpected and try to cover the whole court
    Appreciate the content atm👍🏻

    I'm impressed in all this consistency in shots, very well done. I love your smoothness (energy saving), you are obviously very fit as well. Keep up these excellent workouts, very entertaining to watch.

    As a tennis player, I also believe that this exercise is incredibly helpful! It helps practice covering the court, accuracy, and more. Hope to stay connected and support each other!

    Just an observation I think u could hit your forehand a lot harder it seems like u load up really well but don’t accelerate as much as u maybe could. Good hitting tho very consistent

    great video mate, could you try recording in 60 FPS? the gameplay would look way smoother and it would allow people to play the video in slow motion and get a better look at your technique :)

    Great video! In my practice today, we also had to do the "cross - down the line - cross - down the line " exercise! The more advanced you get, the longer the points get, and the more you practice conditioning as well!
    Talking about conditioning, I just uploaded a conditioning 1 minute video on my channel 🔥 Did you check it out already? 😇

    You have a relatively short backswing , which resulted in the lack of power on your forehand wing; why not try and use less wrist and increase the backswing to flatten out the ball on the finishing shot?

    • @thetennisdream812
      @thetennisdream812  4 роки тому +1

      Having a more compact swing is better especially when you are playing better players. They won’t give you time to swing big. That’s why generating the power from the wrist is more important

    I see you already moving past the point you should be recovering towards in anticipation of him hitting down the line. I can't help but wonder if this might negatively impact you in matches when you might unconsciously move towards a position over covering the down the line, while being out of position for the cross-court shot

      I would say no because I’ve played too many matches and understand he dynamics of the court. But I can see why you would say that

    We've done this exercise before and really struggled to keep it Consistent really tough drill

    • @thetennisdream812
      @thetennisdream812  4 роки тому

      Yes the drill is hard especially if the person on the other end isn’t consistent. But it’s great to improve your game on

    What shoes do you use? I have been experimenting with cheaper tennis shoes, but the soles wear out fairly quick. Is it worth it to buy $100 shoes and will they last long?

    • @thetennisdream812
      @thetennisdream812  4 роки тому

      Yeah the shoes I wear are around that price. It definitely makes a difference. Mine have lasted for about 4 months now which is really good. So yeah I would definitely consider investing in a good pair. Also, the shoes I’m wearing are linked in the bio
