1. Meditation was always a very important part of our ancient education system. Its only when we adopted western education that we started emphasising more on theory rather than experience. Ancient Indian education system was largely experiential. Therefore, meditation effects have to be experienced. And each individual will get different benefits depending on regularity, sincerity of doing it.
2. Albert Einstein and many other great scientists believed in the power of meditation and he talked about torsion area. An area which is beyond the human mind and where one finds truth. Meditation helps in enhancing the torsion area. Meditation is a technique which cleans and clears one’s mind which then results in a better and fast functioning. Sahaja Yoga does not claim any super intelligence.
3. Meditation focusses on being thoughtless or lessening of thoughts because
GOD HAS NO LANGUAGE. God only understands SILENCE. Thats why meditation is a technique to silence our thoughts and communicate with God. And you can pray in ANY language.
3. Few other meditation techniques that one can do are:
A. Concentrate on Breathing. Lord Buddha’s meditation focussed on watching your breath.
B. Simply watching ones thought. Just watch what you are thinking and in some time, you will realise thoughts disappearing. The reason for disappearance of thought is that for e.g.: when u watch or stare at a person for long, they become conscious and an unknown regulation comes in their behaviour. Similarly when u will watch ur thoughts, meaning just look at what you are thinking, your thoughts will be regulated and it will disappear.
C. You can do a reverse counting of 100-1. But again when u r counting, you must look and concentrate on the count.
D. Chant mantras. Sanskrit is a language in which words are consonant with nature. Meaning Sanskrit words are in complete harmony/frequency with nature. So when we are disturbed, it means we are not at peace with our environment or nature. Sanskrit mantras help in bringing u back to an easy state.
All these techniques are only helpful when one is paying attention, to the techniques.
Since lot many of us are not able to pay attention to breathing, counting and watching our thought processes, that’s where Sahaja Yoga helps. By being engaged in/with thoughts(through prayers or pure thoughts), we aim at achieving thoughtlessness.
Once we enhance our torsion area or reduce our thoughts, one DOES NOT require any working on any chakras or channels. You can continue working/ watching TV/ being with friends, and still you will not be disturbed by constant thoughts.
Once u attain a thoughtless or lessening of thoughts state, don’t think you have achieved. Its like an exercise. one has to do it everyday. There are 3 forms of health- physical, mental and spiritual health. To keep all these health in good state one has to work on them everyday.
Everyday practice of meditation will Only help in clearing the mind. It has to be done twice in a day for 5-10 minutes. Cleaning of mind is like keeping one's body clean.One takes bath or brush everyday, similarly one has to clean mind everyday and close all unnecessary applications. We even clear out our mobile, but forget to clean our mind which is much more important.
4. Part 2 is there in this video only. Once you have done the 7 chakras mediation on first day , rest of the days u can do only clearing of 3 channels and working on 3 chakras - heart, forehead (agya chakra) and on top of head(sahastrar). And foot soak in evening sitting on chair.
5. Sahaja yoga is a simple mediation technique. It can be done sitting anywhere. Its just that sitting on ground gives much more benefits.
6. Dhyan is not related to any religion. I m repeating again it simply helps in cleaning ur mind and when the cleaning happens, it connects with your own spirit/ self. Meditation is all about building connection with one self. THE LANGUAGE AND WORDS USED BELONGS TO SAHAJ CULTURE. One can use their own language and words depending on their culture, praying to any God or praying to one's own spirit.
7. SAHAJA YOGA IS ABSOLUTELY FREE. One has to pay no money or anything is kind to any volunteer/Sahaja Yoga teacher or in any of Sahaja Yoga centres. You can simply visit our centres and learn meditation for free

I m atheist person, who believe in work is worship Principal, Hard work & humanity..
But it is quite different from 5min transgental meditation(like swami Vivekananda).... Bcoz in TM no need to focus to pray on any "superstitious power" as you practiced.... Just focus ur thoughts in a centralpoint of brain, control ur thoughts & just feel that energy is flowing in ur body.just concentrate on 1 point....
Ends of both methods are too increase flow of energy in our body, but Means are different.
