I had a recent seed where Blizzard Lord was Hades and Volcanic Lord was also Hades.

I usually watch youtube VOD's at x1.5 or x2 speed but your runs have become so enjoyable for me that I actually watch at normal speed just to extend the amount of time I get to listen/watch. Hopefully, rando stays fresh and fun for a long time to come so you keep making runs for us to watch.

It requires a 3rd party website to generate the hints, but yeah, you can do that, and its a really fun way to enjoy the game.

Can someone tell me what the Proofs and Promise Charm do? i keep hearing that they let you skip something?
You need all three proofs to fight the final boss if you have the promise charm along with all three proofs it lets you skip all of the world that never was and go straight to the final fights
Proofs act as the Game End keys, the door to Final Xemnas Sequence lacks its RC till you have the triple crown, Promise Charm unlocks a bonus room in the Garden if you also have the Proofs, with max level Bulky Vendors for mad EXP, and a door that ALSO starts the Final Xemnas Sequence, letting you skip TWTNW and EXP grind in prep

The ansem report is hint he use website for hint if i not wrong like ansem report 1 then he go there check for hint
there is a way to get hints from collecting the Ansem Reports, I think it works through a third-party website. you can join the rando discord and ask them for details, idk exactly how it works.
Everything is on the discord, you go on this site, put in your seed and it gives you hints for the ansem reports (and there's a way you can't cheat)

The refight is a separate event(since it skips Terra's XEHANORT?! XEHANORT?! No not Xehanort... muttering) and so calls a different event sequence that just has Terra still

@@Laenthor Yeah I believe so too. I had the idea after seeing hades appeared black and white. Maybe its a filter that I can be switched off?
But then again im sure this would of been discovered years ago.
@@RedRag684 There's a color filter applied to models, that pairs with most characters and enemies being in monochrome in the first place, its mainly used to make things like Summons and incidental objects like Duck Flares or spells look right, but it'll also flatten any enemies you get in TR that shouldn't be there into looking somewhat right as well

New to randomizer but wouldnt there be a possibility for Torn Pages to be in chests of any locked stage of 100 acre woods?
Most randomizers aren't COMPLETELY random. There's programming in the seed generator, typically referred to as Logic, that prevents a key from being it's lock, so to speak. In this case, presumably either Torn pages simply can't be in 100 Acre, or there can't be one in an area that would unreachable even after getting all the other pages.
Randomizers use rulesets of logic balances, in the case of the GoA Rando, it mainly prevents Growth Abilities in CoR, Pages in 100 Acre(I think they can be in the Page 0 chests tho) and Fire/Thunder/Blizzard behind Agrabah 2's Spell Locks
At all, not a single one of those things can beat those locations, which is a bit beyond necessary for the Spell Locks but more merciful then having 2 Blizzards back there and the third one hiding in, idk, Terra
Another example of Logic programming in other randos would be Super Metroid, which won't play Morph Ball behind a Morph Ball area with no other access, or Bombs in a place that needs Bombs to get to, and so on(Munition Expansion items can have some behind themselves, as long as at least one or more is exposed without them), as well as logic sets based on player skill that enable certain routes to be "in logic" with different collected items, someone using a less skillful logic set would be expected to grab Speed Booster for some areas, while a more difficult version could expect the player to clear a section using good movement and fast-motion techniques like the Mockball

I know this is unrelated but 13-2 is legitimately the best game in that series, it introduces an actually good villain, stuff is explained by characters and not long datalogs and the player options are much more in-depth. The game also doesn't have massive wastelands like in Lightning Returns, as an FF game it actually gives you a lot to do which isn't really the same in the other two games.
Someone in the Twitch chat said the game had a bad final boss fight but it's nowhere near bad, it's one of the best fights in the game and mixes your knowledge and ability to strategize super well.
But does it have lolis?
Yeah XIII-2 really isn’t as bad as people say. I just think it was way easier than XIII though w/ regards to endgame. Not braindead at all but compared to its predecessor nothing provided the challenge to match all the battle system’s improvements which is unfortunate. Unless you have the DLC probably(?)
I found 13-2 to be one of the best jrpgs I played in a while at the time, it really deserves more credit, but it will probably be stuck with the bad image of the other games (I do kinda like 13 as well tbh tho)
yeah 13-2 is definitely way better compared to 13 in most ways, especially difficulty in my eyes considering it took me years to beat 13 because of some difficulty spikes while 13-2 i beat in a week with the only noticable difficulty spikes were the stronger enemies in the last episode

Why do you seem so reluctant to play 13-2? It's a fantastic game and an improvement over the original in pretty much every conceivable way.

I freaking HATE how he straight up NEVER checks the shields or rods for Goofy and Donald.
He has his party on Sora attack, and he got duckflare out the gate, what does he need to check the staves and shields for?
@@robertwindshade7629 Duck Flare isn't the only good ability between the two of em. That's why. There was one video where Goofy had a crap-tier basic shield, and he found a shield with better stats and protega on it or something. He gimped himself by not even considering it.
@@FF8Irvine_Fan Except in no way would it help, Goofy will still get two shot and spend most of the fights on the floor, pretty much the only abilities worth considering are the Limits, and of them, Duckflare pretty much invalidates the other three, their gear just plain isn't worth checking
