Thanks Sunny.. This was so enlightening for me, as one of the members belonging to a minority group, being an Indian myself. I think I am guilty of actually sometimes contributing to minimizing or dismissing the impact of microaggression experienced by some of my own family members, living in the USA, I do realize now that this was so unfair of me! This presentation has helped me to recognize my own blind spots and become more sensitive myself. Thanks again!
