@stevo7281 One of my piping pupils also used to go to the Royal College of Music for her piano etc. and told me that the tutors there reckoned that the two most difficult instruments to learn are the Scottish Highland Pipes and the Harp !
As if being a soldier wasn't hard enough; trying to read music and play an instrument at the same time? Those are some very dedicated and talented soldiers.
@stevo7281 its only hard if you aint dedicated enough to learn how to play the bagpipes and if you haven't a good tutor, dedication and a good tutor and the rest is down to you! (yes im a piper) :)
You can join now if you live in the UK for 3 or more years reguardless of where you live or from or if your from the Commonwealth ....according to the Military's reserves site lol Submarine service you have to be a citizen and born in UK along with the Air Force...
