- Karma is incredibly petty. She allows for only so much chaos before balance must be struck. I don't know where I hoped my tenonto life would go, but this was an unexpected trip. The Isle Evrima offers many different experiences, but this was probably my strangest run on Gateway.

I pronounce them deeno and packy I haven’t seen the whole video but Im guessing the only difference is you call pachy “pachy” with the ch actually being a ch and not a ck sound lol

If your talking about the one during the stego fight Its dead, sometimes when things die they dont ragdoll they get stuck in the idle animation.

I love how you embodied the average isle player experience in this video, scrounge around, hiding and growing, once grown realize the server is being ruled by mix packers near NE dam, die fighting trying to kill them. What you did that was not the norm, is actually kill the mix packers and overly aggressive stegos lol. Just know us folks who died 5 times to the stegos and mix packers appreciate your effort and skills lol
I've tried so hard to avoid this area because that's exactly what happens here! But I figure, if I gotta be there, someone's gotta clean up this mess!

It was so crazy! I really wish my danged software hadn't refused to record the first attack we made on them. That one was insane and scary with the raptors and pachys on-board.
@@dinometta i would've loved to see the first attack but what can you do when OBS glitches out lol. i wonder if the pachys did any damage? 🤔
@@SirPigeon420 they busted ry's face right out the gate. But missed their rams on me. The biggest issue was the gallis, pachys and raptors could keep up when we needed to back off

Also, PS, I was the teno who was lunged at the end of the video and killed in front of you. At 17:15 you can see the flower I was eating at when he lunged at me, I have a clip of my death and can confirm that was a speed hacking deino… 😢
Yeah, that's why I ran in to help! Or try xD normally I wouldn't put myself at risk for a random, but after the aggro stego fight I couldn't let one of my herd go down without trying to help!

The broken migration has been driving me crazy. Played teno last night for about 3 hours and the zone never left east beach 😩 like, I love east beach for a bit cause its pretty and its fun to take a dip in the water, but there usually one mango tree and the rest of the dots are coconuts that we can't open. I rarely encounter others on my trips to and from water. I want to migrate across the island again and not be stuck in one spot. Also, the fact that you almost made it out AGAIN at the end was crazy 😆

2:11 - You call it Stupid Bravery. I have it the same i call it "ADHD brain" and it recently killed off a lot of players that teamed up with me. One Time i played as Dildosaurus and found 3 other. Got me bored, saw a large pack of full grown Carnos and steared the group kind of in the way to eventualy clash with each other. Sooo i got 3 full sized carnos on my tail and tried to evade them, miraclouslly survived (thank you ADHD brain!) but got 2 of ours Dildos killed. I just cant help it, i got bored too easlly.
I feel like you may have slapped me in the face a time or two during the filiming of this documentary. I know I deserved it, but it still hurts. Also.. Deinos will pay for their audacity every chance I get. i support your animosity towards them.

He'd attacked one of my herd mates earlier (before I found them) and died, but his body sat there until the server crashed

9:19 ah yes another Metta w, I like how you spared that one lol if someone is willing to get debuffs vs fight I think thats a good hint towards them trying to survive instead of mixpack lol, too many herbi players and just players in general are nice like you as a person but kos and assume the role of many players in this game, I always try to assume players arent mixpacking as long as they aren’t literally attacking the same thing lol but if its like the watering hole from Dinosaur Revolution (broken jaw is bouta be a skin for my allo I kid you not btw) then Im honestly fine with it lol people will go where theres water and food (and of course combat because duh and again 90% of players start fights anyway regardless of what they are)
Yeah, truth be told, a few minutes later he was snuggling with the stegos and we put an end to that behavior xD but his death only came once the mixpacking was confirmed.

hey Metta, thank you for your nice video's! Like the carno video as well, but was wondering, why you see the path other have walked so clearly? When I try to track others,. I only see one footprint per 20 meters or so. how do you do that so well?
Once you've hit the tracking it shows up in blue(when you're a carnivore) and is in white if you haven't tracked it yet. Depending on speed on travel, the footprints may be closer together or further apart. The easiest form of tracking is while your target is bleeding or at night when the footprints glow in the darkness.
Teno is amazing dino to play as defensive role, while solo playin I get more enjoyment as teno than as any other dino (solo)
Teno however doesnt work as well with agressive playstyle, because youd need to get ahead of your target to kick em. But while defensive? Just get close to edge or water and you can face multiple attackers alone
Yeah teno is definitely best played defensively. But aggressively it is still a nightmare to deal with. Their high stamina and fast trot means they can run down most playables simply by out stamming them. Trot someone down until they're out of stamina trying to keep ahead of you, then they're quite easily slaughtered.

This is what frustrates me about people on the isle discord, they rage so hard about the over population of Deinos yet are probably the same ones that refuse to kill their own species because it'd be considered mean and fish is enough for them.
The very people screaming for nerfs, a harder life, and just hating in general are the very ones playing the giant gator and doing nothing with it but sitting in a line of 13 and talking amongst themselves.
Hypocrisy of some people baffles me.

I saw him. He'd been across the way helping kill the deino the other guy was eating and he decided to slip into the river to try and sneak up on me xD

Stegos do bleed to anything they hit with their thagomizer.
Is Teno the best herbivore?
Yes, 100%. It's incredibly strong in the right hands, but not OP like stego. On most carnivores' diets, so often a target if you're looking for fairly consistent combat upon being spotted. Good stamina, good speed, really good kick damage. Plus knockdown or stun on tail slam and really nice bleed on kick and claw. Teno is an all-around great playable. Easily one of my favorites
What do you think of the hordetesting changes?
I haven't had the chance to test them out yet, but from what i've heard, I'm gonna like them! Yaaaay more punishment!!!

Hate deinos with a burning passion. The most bullshit animal in the game atm, it needs to be removed, re-released when there's an actual eco-system to keep them in check. Deinos made the game unenjoyable for me.
