Now see, you have built a reputation that even the kids love and appreciate you. There is one thing I like that you do that most fishermen do not do. They just don't cherish the life of a fish (of any kind) because when they catch one of any size and they turn it loose, they just give it a toss to throw it back in. It's almost like, Oh well if it lives it lives. I'm sure there are some that are not that way. But when you catch one, even all of them you take the time to just lay the fish on top of the water, move it around and give it time to get the oxygen back in it's Gill's and when the fish can, it goes ahead and goes. We really appreciate you doing this. We love and appreciate you doing this Richard. And tell that ole crazy Elmo for us too. lol, Tell that wife of yours we said hello and that dog of yours too. I have officially went back and watched every one of your videos. I'm going through a really bad divorce right now and watching your videos has helped me through some really dark times. I took your advice about live bait and went to a lil pond near me with some large minnows and wore the bass out. All of them averaged 4lbs. Thanks for telling to go fishing when I can because your videos and fishing are food for me. God bless you

Since 2006, or however long there's been notifications, this is still the only channel I've ever had notifications on for. They make me smile when I see them.

Those boys are my sweet nephews they love watching you and tell me all about you. They try to teach me about hunting and fishing everytime im around them. They sure are sweet boys.
Good for you brother. You gave those kids a memory they will never forget. I'm excited to hear that some young folks still want to get off the couch and lay those electronic things down and enjoy all that God has created. You are a great teacher.

david mosier Jordan is definitely a crappie hole. I used to fish it a lot. I’d put in at Robeson Creek landing and fish up around stinking creek a lot. I use to love to catch the Hybrids they used to have in the lake. I’ve been down with some health issues for the last six months and haven’t been able to go as much as I used to. I sure would like to get back on a mess though. My wife can eat her weight in fried fish!

Do you drop the jig vertical to the column or cast to the column and reel back? How do you know how deep your jig goes? Do you count down?

Had a heck of a time on our local river after work yesterday! Caught 50+ fish in about 3 hours! Between the white bass and the crappie it was nonstop! I love your videos!

Had to throw out a bunch of fillets up here in Michigan. The State put out an Emergency fish consumption stoppage on the river and reservoirs I fish. A chemical called PFAS and PFOS was found in high levels in the fillets. Catch and release will be the rule in that water what a shame. Many people ate fish from these waters for years. All fisherman must push for conservation and pollution controls. Let’s all remember this when we vote this fall. Only vote for candidates that want to regulate pollution in our waters and clean-up the pollution that is there now!!!

Hey there, i have a river here in maryland that i fish i catch rock,white perch yellow perch chain pickle cats but never a bass or crappie why is that you think ? Great videos though !
The Fishing Machine could catch um with a sweet gum ball with a hook on it but them Slab Tails are deadly! Tom Mandy’s Fish Stalker shop is 10 minutes from my house!
