This whole case makes me sick to my stomach. Those parents are just buying off everyone.

+Tabbz8645 Couldn't agree more. His parents basically raised a remorseless sociopath, and then to defend him is just unspeakable.

Sadly this happens in a lot of cases involving people who have money. Justice is not real, look at OJ who literally got away with murder, then go look at poor people who go through the system, 10/10 poor people do a maximum sentence while rich people get off with probation. This is the world we live in and it’s a hard pill to swallow.

If he broke his probation conditions why did he not just go straight to prison? Why this trial?

I wish the judge would have given Ethan Couch a longer prison sentence. Maybe prison would cure Ethan of affluenza.

+war borg This is only a hearing. His sentence will get passed in 2 weeks. The judge could change his mind & lower his sentence.

war borg Let's see what happen during the arraignment. Judge Wayne Salvant gave his mother, Tonya, a reduced bail & house arrest.

RocketmanRockyMatrix it’s not “affluenza” it’s rich parents buying a damn verdict

I would've given Ethan 80 years. 15 years each for each of the 4 people he killed plus another 20 for the kid he left paralyzed.

He drove a car with some general known alcoholic beverage with additions for human consumption with tax included in the prize payed for it. In my lab alcohol is ethanol, a colorless fluid, fuel, and degreaser and solving agent with a smell. Mixed with other fluid and additions its botled and sold with tax included as alcoholic beverage for human consumption .

Do I see bald spots on Ethan's head! Maybe it's from guilt😁

No unfortunately his hair color is growing out n that's the regrowth. He had very light hair n colored it darker but can't have his personal hair stylist to come do touch ups in there I guess.

I would have given him life in jail and he’s lucky that his family can still see him he took 4 lives and basically 5 bc although the paralyzed victim lives he had a wholeeee full life ahead of him that he so effortlessly took away

You're objecting! Grow a pair man. Refuse to take the case and the money and try to walk away with some dignity.

It is so funny that this boy drove DRUNK, KILLED 4 people and they argue about his records being SEALED. The Attorney for COUCH, was telling the Judge what to do, then talked down to the judge and got away with it!!!!!!!!!!! Money talks
