    Fantastic workout. I do Yoga too, and your Trx mobility session has a good variety of movement. I do all my workouts in barefoot too on jigsaw mats. Thankyou Andrea. I respect your work💯❤❤🙏

    I finished the 10 day series! I think standing figure 4 is one of my favorite stretches.

    What height are the TRXs set to? Unfortunately I can't find any information about it.

      The Suspension Trainer is set to SHORT from the beginning then I get them to MID-CALF when I place my feet in the straps for Cossack stretches, after that, it stays at mid-calf length.
