I love your freezer drawers! I haven't seen one of those before. That holds a ton of food! My go-to when I need to use up a bunch of veggies, fresh or frozen, is to throw it all into a big pan and stir fry it with some teriyaki sauce and put it over rice. Sooo good! I'll have to try the chickpeas in the air fryer, looks yummy!

This is one of my favorite things to do with veggies. I have found that frozen veggies, like broccoli florets, can be added to the raw veggies and it works really well. Yum!

Girl, you have a boat load of food for one person! Maybe it’s because you’re vegan or because you live far from grocery stores, but that amazed me😮 I live alone and cook all my meals, but I live within a mile of several grocery and small health food stores, and I literally have one avocado and two carrots and a handful of fresh green beans in my fridge. And canned beans and rice and soup in my pantry. I never freeze food (for fear of freezer burn and waste), but I have been intrigued by the idea when I cook a pot of beans or soup in my Instant Pot. Anyway, I’m looking forward to your creative meals in January ❤️

Dear Adelina, always a pleasure to watch your videos 🥰
    For the soft Tofu:
take 200 gr, of soft Tofu and mix it with a whole orange or a lemon (of course without without shell) in a blender. I dont add any sugar (find out what taste best for you. It tastes delicious

@@myBIGtinyhouselife You can do both - although I like it more fresh. Another variation is: melt 100 gr. 70% chocolate and mix it in a blender with 200 gr Tofu. Maybe with a little bit of honey or maple syrup (I do it without). Put it in the fridge for 2 hours. It tastes like „mousse au chocolat“ 😊 (as I cant eat so much mousse immediately- a part must go in the freezer 😂).

I’m finally back watching You Tube. Life got in the way… Anyway, your videos are ones in which I love watching. I loved your 2025 Your theme and goals video. I watched it twice!! Your talk made me think about our two freezers- the one with the fridge and the small one that is in our garage. I’m going to inventory and not buy anything else. Except for fresh produce and milk for my Mom. We could seriously live off what we have for at least three months. LOL We are also cleaning out closets. My overflow is in the next bedroom closet. So…we are getting organized and downsizing in terms of what we own, use and buy. Thanks to your video! It was the little bit of reinforcement I needed!! ~Kathy in KC, Mo

A: This upload was just the inspiration I needed to get off my duff and eat what I have in the freezer. The inventory made perfect sense to me. How can you know what to prepare without knowing what in the he(double hockey sticks) you have. I have been paying a fortune for chick pea roasted with sea salt snacks. Not anymore........ Face it; the greatest percentage of us have got to watch our funds. Can't say how far you can stretch in Canada, but here in the States......only so far! 😊

Adelina: That was such a delicious looking
dish I shared it with my daughter! I'm also
going to look for those silicon liners;they
seem to be lifesavers for your pans!
😢I feel so miserable for telling you about
that tsking in your last video-I felt you'd
either hate me or appreciate the criticism
and you took it so graciously! You are a
special person my dear! Your video was
also near purrfect,so now I don't feel so
bad! So why do I still hate myself??!

I'm just starting to use tofu, bought the press, pressing it overnight, plan to season it and then coat with corn starch and put it in the oven to crisp up as opposed to frying it.
Going to add it to a veggie stirfry.
I quite like tofu but I've never prepared it myself, at home.
Wonder if you could do some videos on tofu preparation and such. Marinades and different foods you use it in.
I bought the tofuture press, I like it :-)

Yesterday I chopped onions and froze about 10 "servings ( baggies for soups etc.), 4 baggies of red peppers, 2 baggies of pineapple chunks and I made sweet and sour chicken. I froze 3 -2 serving bowls for lunches and tonight I made applesauce and froze 3 containers and kept one out lunch tomorrow. When I get home tomorrow I'm mashing and freezing avocados for guacamole. With crazy weather everywhere I want to keep my freezer full.

I freeze applesauce or baked beans , (next week’s project) in single serving bowls and take them to work in my bag as an ice pack. By lunch time they are thawed out but still cold. I’ve gotten used to eating a lot of things cold because I don’t want to nuke my food.

I can understand that your freezer drove you nuts because even with everything sorted, it looks overwhelming. And the fridge is not much better. (no judgement here).
This was a very good idea to use up a lot of different veggies.

Hi Adelina,APPARENTLY if some followers of a YT channels donate say ie£5 to a channel like yourself; YT would take just over half the money & the channel like yourself only get around £2.20 of the £5. Is this correct?😳
