I’ve been in the Edinburgh dungeon once, it was an experience, I cried before I went in, because I was so scared, but halfway through I was fine, my favourite part was the torture part, once I was out I was stunned, I was like “Never doing that again” but this year after COVID has settled down a bit, I might be going again, can’t wait to experience this attraction again
I went today and it was amazing The drop ride scared me the mist because the building is done in a way that you dont really know when its reached the top, i recommended doing it again :]
Vaila Traynor I was in P5 when I go and I’m claustrophobic yes it’s quite crowded but if ur scared don’t got to the front or back cause u can’t see anything but try going to the middle at the edge xx
I went yesterday and it was really scary... the worst part it the boat when and when they burst through the doors. Apparently they have made a lot of changes the past few years so it's more scary. 100% go on the drop ride cause it is really fun.
I actually found this really fun, sure it was scary going into it but when I went the boat ride was under repairs so yeah. I can’t be the only one who laughed
I went 4 days ago and it was amazing! I would recommend to people over 8 or 9 and oof the boat ride was uhhhh yeah....Not gonna spoil it It is scary and you will scream will I kind of cried and at the end there is a mirror maze be careful not to bump into the mirror like what I did...and there is a mannequin in the center of the maze so if you are scared of mannequins then I wouldn’t recommend to go and it is really educational it shows and help you to learn the past of Scotland every thing in there did happen but they might have based it a bit more dramatic and there will be water squirted in some acts so if you feel something wet when you are there it is water and I recommend going with friends or family and there will be a gift shop for you to buy little goodies! I hoped this review helped people to get a feel of what the dungeons is like now I am going to list down the shows below they aren’t in order. • Judge Mental •The Witch •Punishment •Boat Ride •Sawney Bean •Mary Queen of Scots •The Plague •The Graveyard •Anatomy Theatre •Drop Ride •Maggie Dickson Those are all of the shows and ride
Tomasz Szott It depends if you are scared of certain things. For me it did scare me a little especially the boat ride. Some parts are funny though if I have to admit.
Cxlanto xo Just keep in mind they are actors...keeping that in mind for me personally helped me calm down. Non of the actors are physically going to touch you or hurt you, though they may spray water on the boat ride and the operation room so keep in mind to close your eyes or be aware. There may also be flickering lights like in the Mary Queen of Scots, creeping and child like voices are also used on the boat ride. I hoped this helped you about and I recommend going with a friend or family the experience is way better and you have a person to clung on to. :>
I wanted to go with my friends but I had a panic attack so I didint go in also my sister and her friend said there was a lot of loud noises I can’t deal with loud noises also my sister was the cannibal sacrifice the cannibal said to her bye love you and my sister said love you back so nice of her
What about the drummer boy? You know, the little boy sent in a tunnel with drums and got to a church and stopped drumming and never started again and the tunnel was sealed once again and never opened and sometimes you can hear the drum?
Was there on Friday with my daughter it's so good!! Well worth the money ! My sister wants to do it so I know when the scarey stuff jumps out on you ! Tha actors are amazing and they interact with you I got thrown in the cage and my daughter got put in stocks staff really know how to put a show on! 👏 well done to you all we will be back soon 👍
Edinburgh Dungeons is so much fun! Recommend it 10/10!

Iv got tickets but regret booking it I’m not looking forward to going at all
Why
It's definitely scarier than the other dungeons after the shite rebranding circa 2011
What about the drummer boy? You know, the little boy sent in a tunnel with drums and got to a church and stopped drumming and never started again and the tunnel was sealed once again and never opened and sometimes you can hear the drum?
