Welcome to Band-Maid Isaac! The best hard rock band I have heard in my 58 years on this planet. They don't stick to any one genre and often mix genres in songs. They are extremely diverse and have an extensive back catalogue featuring Punk, Pop-Punk, Hard-Rock, Classic Rock, Metal, Prog, Blues, Jazz, Groove, Rap etc. From face melting 220 bpm punk-prog mayhem to ballads, instrumentals to acoustics they do it all. They can make you headbang, they can make you pogo, they can make you cry like a baby. They are also five of the nicest people in music, without a shred of ego. Welcome to Band-Maid, the best progressive hard rock band on the planet. As you are now aware, you've also attracted the attention of the Maidiacs, Band-Maid's extremely loyal fandom. If you like rock music - any type of rock music - then you have found the holy grail. Band-Maid have over 120+ songs, no two songs are the same, and they are all fantastic. I hope you decide to dive deeper down the pigeon hole. I can assure you that you will not be disappointed. Fyi, "Alone" holds a very special place in the hearts of Maidiacs as it was the first song entirely written by the Maids that their management at the time allowed them to record (track 8, Brand New Maid, their third studio album). they do mix in a bit of english lyrics in just about every one of their 120 or so songs. but to tell you the truth - the first time i heard them in 2016 i was so blown away by the music i did not give ONE crap about them singing in japanese. as a matter of fact i loved it as it was like hearing new sounds altogether. you would never suspect that japanese would work so well with rock and metal but it's a beautiful language.

Welcome to Band-Maid Isaac! The best hard rock band I have heard in my 58 years on this planet. They don't stick to any one genre and often mix genres in songs. They are extremely diverse and have an extensive back catalogue featuring Punk, Pop-Punk, Hard-Rock, Classic Rock, Metal, Prog, Blues, Jazz, Groove, Rap etc. From face melting 220 bpm punk-prog mayhem to ballads, instrumentals to acoustics they do it all. They can make you headbang, they can make you pogo, they can make you cry like a baby. They are also five of the nicest people in music, without a shred of ego. Btw, Miku the rhythm guitarist (red rose) formed the band. She had the idea of Band-Maid after working as a maid in Japanese maid cafe's. Her idea is a concept called "The Gap" - that is what you see (cute maids) is NOT what you get (Hard Rock/Punk/Metal). They take the maid café concept literally. Welcome to Band-Maid, the best progressive hard rock band on the planet. As you are now aware, you've also attracted the attention of the Maidiacs, Band-Maid's extremely loyal fandom. If you like rock music - any type of rock music - then you have found the holy grail. Band-Maid have over 120+ songs, no two songs are the same, and they are all fantastic. I hope you decide to dive deeper down the pigeon hole. I can assure you that you will not be disappointed. Fyi, "Alone" holds a very special place in the hearts of Maidiacs as it was the first song entirely written by the Maids that their management at the time allowed them to record (track 8, Brand New Maid, their third studio album).

they do mix in a bit of english lyrics in just about every one of their 120 or so songs. but to tell you the truth - the first time i heard them in 2016 i was so blown away by the music i did not give ONE crap about them singing in japanese. as a matter of fact i loved it as it was like hearing new sounds altogether. you would never suspect that japanese would work so well with rock and metal but it's a beautiful language.
You can't help but smile when it's Band Maid.
