At the beginning of season 3 of HBO's Veep, we were introduced to Richard T. (middle name John) Splett. Over 13 episodes in the series, he's given a lot of howlers and this episode represents almost all of his character's arc. He rarely gets more than a minute of screen time in each episode, but Sam Richardson makes the most of what Richard Splett has been given.

Thanks so much for this 'best of' upload. Veep is one of my favorite comedies. The "Richard 'T' Splett" moment killed me when I first watched and heard it delivered. All his other moments prior gave this one a special punch!
