Yeah! I definitely believe that Scott had somewhat of a Fall Fest origin story planned from a long ago. I think the fact that not only carnivals and circuses are mentioned in TSE, but also doubled down with FNAF World's Pinwheel Circus area. I do believe Fall Fest was somewhat planned a long time ago, but the story never left room to tell that part of the story.
That would explain why Foxy never had a stage in FNAF 2, because it was always meant to be a Mr.Potato head like attraction for kids. 10:21 I think people called that Foxy Funtime Foxy referring to the Adventure Funtime Foxy from FNAF WORLD as that’s a fixed mangle with a hook

Maybe they had the kid friendly circus during the day, and the scary version we see in Curse of Dreadbear during the night time. If we're looking at suits, and these were Henry and William's characters, I imagine them being their own separate thing. No real evidence for where they'd be in relation to others though
I'm surprised you didn't point out some other details, like in Curse of Dreadbear, which meant to be represented in 1983, has Mangle and BB paired in with the Original/Withered Animatronics in Trick or Treat. This matches up with the FNAF 2 drawings which weirdly specifically show drawings of the Withered Animatronics, Mangle, and the Puppet but no toys, implying these drawings were made before the Toys.

Afton robotics & Fazbear entertainment were founded. Working together create A.S.L.E Endo 0.1 spring lock skeleton. Which killed an employee & they can't have normal wearable suits for some odd reason because of being hot inside them working long hours. In hot heavy costume. Then A.S.L.E Endo 0.2 & 3 were in concept making. The real Fredbears family diner remains mystery if it was real or wasn't, I perceive the whole thing is just one big giant illusive setup lure & place children into this facility so he can study them.
