Between what times have to taken these pictures? They are really nice 🙂
I'll use my Sony A7 IV in two weeks in Tenerife - I'm an amateur but I hope I manage to capture something nice 🙂

      Thanks :)
I took this trip in October and these images were taken around midnight at the time.
If you're going to visit in May the stars will be in the same position around 9 in the morning, but by that time the sun has already risen.
You have plenty of options to shoot the Milky Way from around 03.00 AM until sunrise though!

Hey Colin that's one beautiful image of the milky way and glad you got these shots. Hope you had fun and great holiday too.
I bought the Huawei p30pro smartphone and tested it and wow its fantastic for astrophotography and recently I bought the Huawei p40 smartphone and omg its better and few shots I captured so many stars and its unbelievable how fantastic Huawei p40 is for astrophotography so soon I'm getting Huawei p40pro and I've seen the images it can deliver. At last I've got the p40 that's brilliant for astrophotography and p40pro soon as it's been my dream getting smartphones that are bloody awesome for astrophotography!
Did you stay up all night? Maybe I visit this place with my Huawei p40 and p40pro as I can imagine what the shots would be like!!! Any advice on this place? I've been to Spain before in Costa brava. Suitcase with wheels that a great idea for me when I travel and going to camp sites.
Hope you had great fun and looking forward to part 2!!! Stay safe buddy!

      Thanks man!
We had a great holiday, something we both needed after all this time.
For astrophotography you really want to get up the mountain to Teide National Park, which is roughly a 45 minute drive from the coast.
This national park is located at a height of roughly 2,5 km and has a dry, arid climate, which means clouds do not frequent the area, so high chances of clear skies!
The clouds that reach the island are trapped at lower altitudes around 1,5 km, so they are blocking a lot of light pollution from the touristy cities as well.
I'm sure your new phone is able to take some great pictures there (just take a headlamp or a flashlight because it gets really dark, haha).
I left the spot around 1 AM because the moon started to rise, so my view of the stars got washed out by the moonlight.
Great location for both astrophotography at night and enjoying nature or relaxing at the beach during the day :)
Thanks again for watching, stay safe

Amazing! What kind of equipment did you use for these beautiful time lapse videos and milky way photos?

Sorry for the late reaction, I was on holiday :)
I simply used my camera (Sony a7RIII) on a tripod. It has a built-in timelapse mode.
