We gonna miss you on the 2.0L sport side, but happy for you that you graduated to the Si. Hoping to do the same in the next couple years, but you’ll be in the type R by then 😂
Tis a pretty great SRI! I had a PRL one, then a PRL box, then kicked all that out for the 27WON SRI because I didn't want to bother with oil filters. By far my favorite intake so far. Got that nice loud Psssh ( Even on a 2022 Touring CVT - Every paddle shift during the acceleration is a nice loud PSSSSshh ) just adds a little fun. Easily heard with windows up, even on the highway. Also made it possible to hear the turbo whine spool-up a lot easier, stock turbo. Excited to do the turbo inlet pipe/intercooler and do full tunes down the road, eventually their turbo potentially too. From my experience as far as thermals go. KTuner. The temps do indeed rise when you're at a redlight. Engine bay heat and such. But once you get moving at 20+ mph, the temps are instantly back down ( Sometimes even lower ) Than the stock intake filter box. Especially with the car moving, theres been no heat increase rather its 90F outside or 30F..stock intercooler. The second temp sensor more closer to the engine literally had no effect compared to stock. So anytime I hear the "Hot air intake" complaints I just show the graphs and get "Oh shi thats actually really good once you're not idling" xD I dont have the snorkle on and your SI actually has a bigger 'scoop' in the grill than the Touring. But a good deal of air still flows through that enginebay either way.
@PhxSt0rmz appreciate you sharing this! Very valuable information, glad you're enjoying yours as well! I'm doing a little something to increase the air flow to it in the next video so stay tuned!
I have a 24 Si. Gonna follow and see how the build comes along. Got mine in May and it is completely stock. Looking to get an exhaust but also wanted to donthe short ram intake. Let me know how it is for daily driving!
other then noise does it actually improve preformance or temps any? its just exposed in the engine bay so not sure how much cool air it would actually get compares to your other car that had its own airbox
You'll gain some power, but compared to a cold air intake it's less. Temp wise, it really depends on where you live if it's too hot or not. Since the Short ram intake system takes in more hot air, which will take more load out of your cooling system. So if you live in a hotter environment area, you'll be better off with a cold air intake instead 👍🏻 I personally haven't felt too much of a gain in hp, but if I paired this with a turbo inlet pipe then I'll see more of that gain. Hope this helps 🤝🏻
@PeterVwj that's if you plan on getting more performance upgrades. Sound is there, but it also fits the environment i live in which isn't too hot. Plus it will increase the responsiveness of your car and increase your hp not crazy, but it's there 👍🏻

@JM1233210 i miss it already lmao but thank you so much. Make it happen bro! I'll be waiting for ya 🫡🔥
I got this about a month ago and I absolutely love it. Now I’m waiting on my 27won turbo inlet pipe.
Nice, I've only had it for a day and I already love it 🫡 the turbo inlet looks so nice, I'll eventually get one. Lmk how you like yours 👍🏻
Si looking clean asf 🔥, Sounds great
@@ohnoitswish thank you! 🔥🤝🏻
Nice video man. Got myself a 2024 SI and love it. Can't Wait to see your build
@Limiitless777 appreciate it man thank you and nice! 2024 is clean too 🙌

short ram always sounds the best, plus the mic makes it sound even better. Is that the DJI mic 2?
Never would I put hot air intake in my car without a snorkel
@@ReeferOffcial stay tuned for the next video 🫣
stock exhaust ?! sounds sick bro!

I live in Florida, is it too hot to run this intake do you think?
Will this work with the civic ex since they have the same engines?
@ozzygarcia1366 this should work, the ex has a 1.5L so I'm sure it'll fit. I'd double check on their website 👍🏻
Nice car. I’ll be getting the same one soon. Do you think you’ll add fog lights to it in the future?
Thank you! It'll be worth the wait and personally I don't think i will. I like the functional air vents that replaced the foglights 👍🏻

would this do anything for the 2025 hybrid civic?
@kj2menez not sure if this will fit the 2025 hybrid. I'd reach out to 27won directly to make sure 👍🏻
is it even worth it for the gains? its mostly sound you going for?
