I'm noting that your eggs are always nice with firm yolks. I wonder if there's a particular brand you always buy. The only time I find such quality is when I use my own from the free range chickens I breed. Otherwise when I buy from the supermarket I sometimes find the yolks pale and flat.

I had a banana and blue berry version of malva and it was amazing. How would i make that? Just add the fruit in the batter?
I never heard of this version of Malva before.I guess you just add the fruits to the batter.I need to try the fruits version 🫡🤭❤️
I cut mine in squares in the pan before throwing the sauce over so everybody gets equally ,otherwise the family fights all day😅

Apparently you can use any vinegar. But it’s an important component for the baking soda to activate! I’m going to attempt this today!
I honestly never used anything else other than vinegar.
Vinegar is sour so I think an alternative to it would be lime or lemon juice.

Nice pudding recipe, what flavour can replace the tea bag? And do you pour the sauce when the pudding is hot??
You can add a little vannila essence to the sauce. Yes you pour the sauce whilst the pudding is still not. ❤️Sorry for the late reply.

Sorry for the late reply, you can use heavy cream ,cooking cream or fresh milk.

I personally have not used powder milk, bt you can try and use it. I just don't know if the taste will be the same. ❤️

Thanks for watching Emily. I normally soak in a few minutes roughly 20 minutes it doesn't take long.
I honestly am not sure why your pudding isnt moist.Try pouring in your sauce while the pudding is still hot
