Watched the whole thing! I'm 75 yrs. old and always wanted to do what you did but didn't quite make it happen. Watching your journey was a nice close second to being there in my youth. Thanks so much for putting this video up for us.
Thanks so much for sharing that with me, it gives me tremendous pleasure to hear you felt close there with me, really is the biggest motivator for me to keep going and share as many of these adventures as possible. Have an amazing day good sir!
Eze, you are hilarious. A natural born-entertainer. Superbly filmed adventure into the Yukon wild. Can't thank you enough for the effort of taking us with you on your epic journey.
Brother you are hilarious and I'm sure your wife is an amazing woman too, just tell her that it is scientifically proven that if she laughs she gets younger 😊@@EzeAdventurer
It takes some big kahoonas to travel halfway round the world to take on a river system for 12 days that you've never paddled before, and that took you uncomfortable distances away from any quick rescue should it be needed. And all the while keeping a stunning record of the proceedings. I am impressed. My hat is off to you Eze. What a superb adventure! Superb!
The Yukon is high on my bucket list. At 65, I'm still strong enough and stubborn enough to pull a canoe, but a bad sciatic nerve incident says best not to go there. I'm still going, just not on a 12 day solo canoe trip. Landing on part 1 of your videos today was a gift. Thank you for letting us tag along for the ride. The wilderness was stunning. The goofiness was a bonus lol. Cheers from Tennessee, US.
You go get them tiger! Doesn't have to be 12 days, so happy to hear you're going to Yukon, you'll LOVE it. Glad to hear the goofiness was a bonus lol! If only I could get my wife to agree.... Hey you can't have it all!

Hi Eze, just watched your amazing video’s on the Yukon, amazing adventure. My sister Maxxi, who always comments on your adventures is one of your biggest fans, we spend time on the water together kayaking and occasional canoe trips which we hope to buy one soon, we would love one day to do an adventure like yours. Your an inspiration, keep enjoying your life. Look forward to watching more adventure from you. Thank you 🙏🤗
Hiii!! Thanks so much Tracey, yess max is an amazing supporter!! How cool, you guys should totally do one of these trips together, you'd absolutely love it. You can totally do it. Make it happen, make the time, make the plan and execute!!!
Hey Eze, what an inspiration. I watched your River Wye video and went and did the Wye. I watched your Spey video and went and had an attempt on the Spey (bailed due to major major illness). I'm off in 4 weeks to go do Loch Marree, Lochan Fada and Fionn Loch. I can't help but wonder if you've inspired me to go do the Big Salmon?! I'm already planning on my head, haha! It felt like you were talking directly to me when you said "you can do it". Thank you for making your videos. Just one final thing, that I learned too late - you're supposed to use a wire trace for Pike, as it's their teeth that cut nylon usually, rather than break the line. Much love, sir.
The word epic is one of those words that gets overused all the time but, it certainly applies here. Very well done mate both on and off the water. Great video content.
Love the bear spray skits, too funny! The end one with the water flosser was hilarious! So sad to see this adventure end. Wonderful scenery, you have a natural camera presence and are an entertaining fellow! lol You have a keen eye for catching the beauty of your surroundings and the drone work was fantastic. Thanks for sharing and am looking forward to your next adventure. :) :)
Thank you so much that's really kind! haha had a blast with that flosser, glad I took it in the end... kept me safe from the bears!! Thanks for watching!
Eze does it!! I had a great time watching your trip. I set aside most of the afternoon to watch. Made my folks some diner and a batch of brownies. Im sure like every trip there is a bit of anxiety in your gut. It’s like your never want the adventure to end. Well I must say you did a awesome job living on the big rivers. The fishing was spot on rewarding even more so eating the fresh pan fry. Im sure flew home and reacquainted with family! Till next time paddle straight and explore. Around Bend Oregon out !!
Well done. Watched all 3 parts and was very impressed. Your rout was well chosen. You showed people you do not have to fly into remote places to be in the wilderness. Your equipment is well chosen and functioned well. Like your explanation of the paddles you used. Based on what I saw you should be able to get sponsors for your next adventure.
Thanks so much for watching it all!! I appreciate it, I spent a lot of time researching and planning and yes glad the kit worked out well! I did get sponsored with the paddles and the fishing rod, and Up North Adventures agreed to sponsor me a canoe for the next one! Thanks so much buddy!!
There are many rivers in Canada that are as remote as the system you did and road accessible at both ends. One is The Athabasca from Fort McMurray to Fort Chipewyan and then the Slave to Fort Smith and if you want to go further you can continue to Fort Resolution. If you do the entire Slave, there is 30KM of open water paddle at the end to get to Fort Resolution. Another is the McKenzie from Fort Providence to Wrigley. This is a big river and is more like paddling a very long lake. There are many rivers in the CDN north but most are fly in fly out. No idea how to do it but there are people in Canada who make a living by having their adventures made into TV series and doing talks at outdoor trade shows.
@@davidrobertson606 This is all absolutely awesome information which I'm copy pasting into my notes under potential trips, so I can digest and analyse , research further. Always looking for the next, bigger adventure !! Thanks mate!! Love your country so so much!!!
I’ve been in hail storms just like this in the mountains of NM. They are exhilarating and sure lets you know you are alive! The smell is better than any fancy Parfum
Nicely done, Eze. I thoroughly enjoyed this series. I explored a good chunk of the Yukon last spring on my motorbike, but unfortunately did not get out on any water systems. I just HAVE to go back. Thank you for your efforts in putting this together. That's a lot of work, no doubt. Glad you had a safe and successful trip to our beautiful country. BTW, I live 2 hours south of Algonquin Park, ON. You've seen 2 wonderful examples of Canadian beauty so far - there's plenty more... so look forward to seeing you back whenever you're able!
This video was less spectacular than the second episode but had a lot of funny moments , you really have a great sense of humor , I had many laughs all along this third part . So glad I stumbled across your channel , YEAAAAAAAA , would say big Jim , take care 👋
Hey Eze, it's been great watching your Yukon episodes, so much so that I've watched them three times over😂😂. Its been so inspiring that i have already been making plans and arrangements for a Yukon paddle next July. I think i have the logistics set, but a video of how you planned and executed everything before and after the paddle would be an awesome video. Thanks for all the hard work you put in making your videos. Your Algonquin series was also amazing.
Hey there mate thanks so much for watching the series so much!! 3 times over is V impressive!! So stoked for you going to Yukon where you going ,what's the plan? In terms of gear and logistics, I kept gear down to what I thought was a minimum, taking of course extra clothes in case you get wet, some kind of bug protection. Food I kept simple going for almost 100% dehydrated. Makes calculations easier, but go heavy on snacks and food forms that can be consumed immediately without cooking to keep you going and allow you the option to "skip" lunch etc when necessary. Take your time planning, I went back to my gear etc quite a few times with revisions.
Thank you. I just watched the last 2 episode. After getting back from my second attempt at the Caledonian canal, but the dreaded loch ness stopped me again . But well done you . Ps I did manage to get some amazing pictures
Thoroughly enjoyed watching the videos of this epic adventure. I have a gizillion questions as I research this same trip for summer 2025. Love your channel, it helps to satisfy the adventure itch in between my own trips. Thank you

Absolutely magnificent from start to finish , Thankyou Eze 😊
Very welcome, thank you for watching!!
Thanks so much for the kind words, means a lot to me! I WAS speaking directly to you and yes, YOU CAN DO IT!!!
Your videos make my heart yearn, thanks mate.
Thanks so much for sharing that!
We can only hope to see what you have seen on this adventure, so well done EZE….. congratulations
Thanks Jim as always, your encouragement doesn't go unnoticed. Thank you.
The word epic is one of those words that gets overused all the time but, it certainly applies here. Very well done mate both on and off the water. Great video content.
Thanks a ton! I really appreciate it, means a lot!
What a magical adventure ❤
Thank you so much for bringing us along with you
you're very welcome and thank you for watching!
Thanks so so much for the very kind words and encouragement, I appreciate it mate!!
Good trip, enjoyed it muy mucho. Gracious ❤
So glad! thanks for the comment!
Awesome adventure. This series has been epic.
Thanks for coming for the ride!
awesome trip I'm glad you went and shared it. ♥
Glad you enjoyed it!!
53:01 aaaaand the insanity of solo tripping kicks in :D
hahaha TOTALLY!!
I paddled the Teslin twice , but we never had to portage . Very nice long movie . I like it a lot !
Thanks my friend! How was the Teslin??
Beautiful river . Sometimes a bit dangerous in the river bend . Many piles of driftwood. We go from Quite lake to Dawson.
@@Yukontom07 The Teslin river starts from Quiet lake too?? Like the big salmon?
Oh sorry I mean the Big Salmon . I Paddeled the Big Salmon twice . Last year I was at the Teslin. Started by Johnson .
@@Yukontom07 aaaah that makes sense!!!
Amazing video, and what an achievement well done and thank you!
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks so much!
I’ve been in hail storms just like this in the mountains of NM. They are exhilarating and sure lets you know you are alive! The smell is better than any fancy Parfum
yeeeeeeeeaaahh budddyyy strong reminder that we are ALIVE. Amen to that
Thanks for sharing this adventure 😊❤
Thanks for watching!
Bravo!
Thank you!
Thanks so much!! You have a beautiful land, cherish it and LIVE it buddy!!! Enjoy!! Can't wait to be back!
This video was less spectacular than the second episode but had a lot of funny moments , you really have a great sense of humor , I had many laughs all along this third part . So glad I stumbled across your channel , YEAAAAAAAA , would say big Jim , take care 👋
YEAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH (Jim voice)! lol glad you found it funny!Welcome aboard mate!
absolutely stunning, thank you
Thanks Susan really was!!! What a beautiful land... only painted by god himself.
Wonderful! Buddy!!! aaah was it the wind??? That's a really tough stretch and it doesn't require much for the conditions to become overwhelming.
nice o meet you! amazing trip!till next time,)
Thanks so much you too mate!
Watched all three episodes on this Sunday. Beautifully done!
