15:08 it shows you put 260 psi into the NEGATIVE chamber, but didn't show putting any into the POSITIVE chamber, which might explain why it bottoms out so easy at 15:22 ?
Please make a version of the 10x with a proper hinge mechanism for the handlebar so that there's no slack and allows handlebars clip to the board. Adjustable would be nice also.
Just as an FYI guys. Air shocks are great but most of you will realize real soon, it may be softer than you'd like afterwards PLUS require consistent maintenance. A BETTER solution (in my opinion) is... EXA Form 291R for both front and back. They make it in a 125,150,165. They are an adjustable Coil/Hydraulic system. You can choose the (LB) of the spring and ajust the return of the Hydraulic. Its a better solution IMO. Pure air shocks will need to be ajusted and refilled constantly with use. Remember you can run 125 in the front. You are not REQUIRED to use 135.
Where do you have your 291r shocks set at ? Front and rear ? I just bought them . I’m 220lb and trying to find the best adjustment with the spring and hydraulics
Any official torque values for these fasteners ? I would not dream about replacing wheels or suspension components on my motorcycle with nuts and bolts at simply the “tight” value And would feel uncomfortable knowing a shop would have me going 60kph without proper assembly say of my front forks. “Tight enough” is a different value to the same person on different days, or between two individuals.
And be very careful which air shock you get for the front end of zero 10x,it's a 125mm shock but if it has the valve stems for main chamber and negative air then it won't fit cuz there's not enough space and the valves get in the way..have to buy a different type 125mm that just a straight type tube assembly.

Guys thanks for making these videos! There are several serious problems with regard to the safety of the scooter.1) The location of the rear footrest and the fact that it is sharp, if a person standing next to the scooter accidentally sharply presses the trigger, it will cut the ankle.I had a different situation in 1 Day of my use. After the battery is empty I just started to push like a conventional scooter and touched this sensitive bandwagon leg ,the result of the tendon rupture and 3 months on crutches, still healing.Upgrade this item please.2) the Front shock absorber is very weak for such a weight, and not on compression but on the contrary on pulling out, I fell apart right at the exit from the curb, Blocked the wheel and I flew over the steering wheel, everything went bruised. Please pick the new dampers for the front suspension urgent! Tried EXA RR1,it does not pump up normally during the installation.

I too would like to see a replacement option for these as now that I've preloaded my suspension, mine is too short and my scooter leans over a lot when resting on it. I also understand what you mean by it possibly being quite sharp - picture here of one: www.blacksheeptrading.co.nz/product/sonic-2000-zero-10x-electric-scooter-stand/ This design could be modified in future iterations to be more streamlined when not supporting the scooter. I see a similar issue with the new heavy duty clamp for the front stem - Very square edges, and located on the front. If you accidently hit someone, I expect it would easily tear a hole in them. Apart from these and one cable issue, I'm loving mine.
