@@kittylulu003 The excercises do help, just be patient and don’t stop doing them. I was doing the other scoliosis vid along with uneven hips and uneven shoulders vids too for over 6months now. The results are great, my curve has decreased a lot. It’s still far from being good but i’ll just keep excercising for as long as I can. Once or twice a day, sometimes I take a day or 2-3 days off. I’ll only add that I am 27 and my scoliosis was (is still but not as much) very very bad, I could as well do the surgery but I want to avoid that at least for as long as I can.
@@kittylulu003 I did not have any new images done since then, but I feel a lot less strained by my back. But I also suspect I have a functional scoliosis and the doctor that did the images and looked at them did not ever consider it. Overall I can sit way better upright now, I dont get tired so easily and my breathing is way less laboured. I added these exercises and they actually did help me even more than the first ones from a few years ago. It was a lot of painful undoing of tight ligaments and whatnot before it really got better. At least I feel more alive now. I cant tell if it will fix the spine but I can really tell you that it helps at least feel better by correcting the really weak places in your back muscles.
Also my problem stems from a tumor I had in my cervical spine, after it got removed I lived with a blocked vertebrae in my neck for over a decade. Now I am correcting everything that got messed up since then. Good luck!

I have a moderate case of scoliosis. Ever since I've been sleeping on the floor, my body is more chiseled and more aligned. Will never change. Been floor sleeping for years now. Not only is it very comfortable but it also provides very good cracking in my spine as well. Pro tip - if your spine curves to the right like mine does , lay on your left side on the floor , pillow in-between your knees and good support for your head. Do some good deep breathing and that void space where your spine is curved , you should get some nice deep cracks in there thanks to gravity.

The previous vid bout scoliosis really helped me. I was on my late twenties and I was told that my scoliosis cant be fixed anymore but after just few weeks of exercise, my curve has lessen by 3 degrees! Will try this exercise as well

Does it physically show that your back is straighter and that your body is more symmetrical?
@@kittylulu003 I cant say if it is physically visible but it is shown in xray that the curve has lessen by 3 degrees. My mum also says that my back is not that big as it used to

I have to do these movements several times a day, my upper back is so stiff after five minutes of sitting. LOTS of noise coming out of those joints when I do it, too

fantastic exercises, I am following you and doing them every day. hopefully, I will get some benefits in a short time. Actually, I am having strong pain in the right lower lumbar side of my back due to upper-moderate scoliosis and probably unbalanced hips with a gap on my right arm of 0.8 cm. I have been trying your videos for scoliosis and now my back hurts worse and I’m having headaches and dizziness. Is this a normal part of the healing process?
The pain during those exercises almost made me quit, but I’ve never felt so much relief after I was done. I can delete all of the other videos I have on my custom playlist now, and just stick to this routine. 👍🏿

You can try the exercise and see how you feel after.
I heard that unless you hold the tension point position for awhile (like 30 seconds) you will not benefit. It sounds like this is NOT correct. What do you say. I'd love to forget about the "holding."

Tongue ties can cause bad posture and a numerous of things
I can exercise for the cheeks, I have one cheek, take the bottom and the second one, the top, it is a blown, the bottom, not a blow, I want a workout to adjust the cheeks is not asymmetric.
