- I took a walk around the DCFD fleet shop, and lots of action on the street. Truck 42 was getting ready to be towed, while the mobile FWD/Seagrave repair truck was there working on engine 14. Also the command truck and some of other apparatus were parked around the building.
Interesting video. Nice job.
Nice!👍
Dcfd your service is deeply appreciated thanks to everyone who responds good looking fire engines like the style keep them safe out there appreciate you guys thanks ! Joe
Those old 06 seagrave pumpers are starting to look pretty rough. I remember when they were still frontline
Tell me about it lol. Not as bad as the two ALF's they have left. It seems they are buying more Seagraves instead of Pierce, so hopefully those old pumpers will be replaced with new Seagraves.
@@austinlawler3739 they still have alf engines??
@@hagerstownredline5274 yup, truck 5 (I have a video of it that was shot in January, it's in the thumbnail) and an engine. I don't know if the engine is frontline, but truck 5 still is. ALF went out of business in what, 2010 or 2011? So it's old and is beat to hell.
@@austinlawler3739 alf went out of business in 2014 and the tiller is a 2013 so it shouldn’t be too bad. I thought you meant like alf pumpers
@@hagerstownredline5274 ah, good to know. I didn't know when, I thought it was around that time. Then if it is that age, it's got a couple years left in her. But it is beat to hell on the exterior
