Loved this so much, has everything I needed, warm up and cool down plus gliders and band! Tabatas so doable. The second tabata set (forearm walks) so much harder than I thought!
Make sure you use good form before you speed up. My bum definitely starting getting higher in the crawls, the more tired I got. Not the end of the world but try to keep your body as straight as possible. Shoulders, bum and feet in one long line. xo
Great workout.....when doing the stretches it would be helpful to have the timer on so we know when the 30 seconds was up , difficult to watch TV screen and stretch, thank you
I've been very looking for some miniband and glider exercises!! Also low impact and effective, like tabata cardios in a small space!!
