Allow us to re-introduce ourselves. In honor of the 20th anniversary of the Genesee County Land Bank, we're looking back and looking ahead to the future of the Land Bank and the communities we serve. Over the last 20 years, the Genesee County Land Bank has leveraged more than $230 million to redevelop vacant properties and so much more. Click the link to watch.
The Land Bank’s mission is to restore value to our community by acquiring, developing, and selling abandoned properties in cooperation with stakeholders who value responsible land ownership.
