Even after 40 lakh I think we have to pay maintenance, electricity bills and other expenses. So, I think its not a good deal.

That too it's not even confirmed that I'll get a slot to stay there every year at my preferred times of the year, say festive/New Years etc. when other owners may also want to enjoy at the property..
