A substantiative analysis of India's outlook and stance on world politics emphasising the sole purpose of world peace and humanitarian subsistence to exsistance. It will be breaking grounds for peace everywhere else. Kudos to our leadership and our officers laying grounds for it. Dr Swasti is a phenomenal speaker and analyst. Great work!!

India's unique role as a peace intermediary in the ongoing Ukraine-Russia conflict has garnered international praise, highlighting its constructive, humanitarian approach to diplomacy. I think in this discussion program, Dr. Swasti Rao emphasizes India's growing influence as a global mediator, balancing its interests while advocating for world peace. The discussion underscores India's potential to shape global politics and resolve conflicts, reflecting strong leadership and diplomatic acumen. And Dr. Rao has done a fab job of explaining what India is doing and what it can achieve. This discussion between Dr. Chauliya and Dr. Rao is really insightful.

Recent visit of PM Modi to Ukraine has nothing to do with India's role as a,peace maker or foreign policy of equicloness rather than the equidistant. Perhaps, you forgotten Indian foreign policy had already moved from neutrality to dynamic neutrality during Ibdira Gandhi era. However, in practice India's foreign policy has always been a "Bull & Calf" policy. India has always been behaving towards its neighbour like a bull (aggressive) resulting in totally alienation from its neighbours. On the other hand, India ha always been behaving like a calf wagging before the superpower, in particular after the collapse of the former USSR and Warsawa pact India's foreign policy has been pro- West, the US being the only superpower. Modi is recent visit to Eukraine was a result of Biden's arm twisting publicly following Modi-Putin beer hug in the shadows of NATO submit. It became clearer that in middle of Euraine's incursion in Russia Modi didn't stop or reschedule his visit to please Biden. It is also worth mentioning Modi is buying cheap oil in ruppes from Russia and selling it after refining to West & the US at a higher price in Dollars, rather than transferring low price to consumers on the pump. One should slso note India's foreign policy of ridding two horses at the same time is dangerous unless you are an excellent Jockey which needed muscle power and excellent skills lest you fall down. So far, Modi has not demonstrated that skill as since 2014 India's relations not only with China but also with South Asian countries deterioted for which his Modiji is alone to be blamed and no one else. Soon after Xi's very successful visit to India with a plege of 20b investment Modiji carried out joint military in South China Sea with the US exercise and to an insult from injury he decided to join QUAD to counter India resulting in border stand and incursion in India. Modiji was counting on Prsident Trump but he washed his hands telling it was a matter between the India and China to resolve among themselves. A partnership between unequal always results in favour of stringer, so the US more likely to use Ibdia to counter China than the other way round.
