This workout, these instructions, his style show just how much he's going to be bringing to sessions, no matter what the discipline is. (And I have to say again just how great a communicator he is.) He's retired from CF competitively, but I'm looking forward to this channel's videos. (And I don't do CF.)

Scaled of scaled: 36lbs dumbbell. I could’ve Jerry rigged a rower but I did a minute of single under jump ropes. I’ll have to rewatch on how to count the snatches. My highest round was 28 (counting 1 rep per arm) or 14 if only counting 1 arm. I also did a bonus round and some core accessory work. 400 meter run warm up.

I just gave this workout a try. Brutal...... I had to scale the TTB to 15 and I still didn't touch the DB on rounds 3-4. My score: 1- 8 DB Snatches 2- 7 DB Snatches 3- 11 TTB 4- 14 TTB
It's a workout just to get to the snatches! I ended with 7,5,3,2. Row portion avg 1:17/rnd. Takeaway: my T2B game is weak AF compared to my rowing game.

If you’re not maintaining your body like a professional athlete and you’re not dieting like one either, then stop. To make sure you stay healthy doing CrossFit workouts like this including heavy barbell work and crazy anaerobic and aerobic cardio sessions, you’re gonna have to be a disciplined mfer not to get injured. Be smart friend
Google “Heppner conversion chart” for run/row/bike conversions. You could also do ground to overhead with a bumper plate or power snatches with an empty bar or 75lbs.
