Well done for taking your time to ensure finishing is correct. Looks like you have a new role as a project manager 😊 learning so much from these episodes thanks for sharing
I like high walls for privacy and you transformed the original ones. House is taking up shape. Looked at our land on satellite and coming up with some ideas. Cheers buddy! " Bayo Estates " 👍👍👍

She is good at what she does, you don't always get customer service like that in Nigeria or maybe because Bayo too is good and friendly. Keep it up bro you are so polite to everyone even a very young person that's why I watch you. I can't wait to meet you in person whenever I am in Nigeria.
Well done, you're doing very well and I love your attention to detail. By the way, can you give out telephone numbers of those good artisans that have done good jobs for you?
Nigerian sellers do not put the price on the products. It is very annoying, it is opportunity to cheat, steal. If the sellers see that you are rich they will increase the price. sellers put the price on each product, instead of asking everytime how much is this?
Whilst I see your point, the reason could be due to the ever changing prices. It does take time to keep relabelling products. Cheat, maybe harsh a word to use. I would say, very opportunistic, and this is in most cases biased in favour of the seller. On the whole, prices for imported products are very expensive.
@@ufookoro1The prices should be set for the rates at which the particular item was imported. The OP is right, it is an opportunity to swindle for sellers
Can we know all the artisans you used, or you are using, please?
Seeing them use painter's tape always gets me excited! lol
LOL. YES! This has been a major battle
