A big thank you to @Vessi for sponsoring this video! Remember years ago there was a hidden gem offering Vegas' Best Buffet? It was an over the top experience with Champagne, Caviar, Lobster Tails, Prime Rib, Fillet Mignon... you name it, it was there... Incredibly difficult to get reservations for and only offered on Sundays. That was the Sterling Brunch at Bally's but alas, they are no more and gone with it is one of the most iconic luxurious indulgences in Vegas... that is, until now!
I'm happy to say the over the top luxurious buffet is back and is located just a bit off the strip at the M Resort located in Anthony's Prime Steak and Seafood Restaurant. A beautiful space with great hosts and servers, and of course the great seafood and streaks buffet style! But only offered on Sundays and limited to a certain number of guests to ensure all their guests receive their high quality of service and attention. And what does a luxurious buffet offer? Immediately the mountain of buttery roasted lobster tails catches the eye! But turn slightly to the right, and there is a mountain of fresh crab and shrimp the size of your hand. Turn left, and there you'll see a meat station with the most tender prime rib and rack of lamb one has ever tasted. And next to these meaty goodness? A Beef Wellington is freshly carved and to reveal a perfect medium rare ... Gordon Ramsey would be proud.
It is nice to see Vegas running on all cylinders with the return of these grand buffets, and while not as large as the ones from the Wynn and Caesars, the quality and service is unbeatable. Just be warned, the buffet is busy and a reservation is needed well in advance!

Tim is a nice guy. He takes time to get peoples names and thank them. Im not a buffet guy because I cant eat that much food at one time but I love the channel.👍
It's actually really creepy and embarrasses people. But at least he can show off how super nice he is!

It was a really good offering. Not a lot of dishes like the Buffet at caesars, but really great high quality dishes 😋
The lady in front of you queuing for the lobster loudly proclaiming "this is for two people! Not just me, I swear!!" Made me giggle. There's no judgement here my darling 😂❤😂❤

OMG wow! What an impressive selection for a brunch buffet! Massive seafood and a bagel TREE! Those deviled eggs and the caprese salad looked great too.

Wow the M Resort really knows how to keep a buffet looking pretty. It all looked cooked and / or presented very nicely. The nigiri looked like it was made using fresh fish too. Awesome video Tim!
They really did a good job! I actually asked the chef why they didn't make it larger, and one of the things they were concerned about was the quality of food and service if they had more diners
My one buffet pet peeve is when they don’t keep up with the presentation and it gets messy - you don’t find that with the higher end buffets usually (Wynn, Anthony’s, Bachanal, etc.)

I can definitely attest to the fact that the meats are the best I've had at a buffet. Especially since they're a steakhouse, they need to live up to the name I guess 😃

@jamesdove8021 He does one buffet per week so it makes sense for him to try everything. It is not like those people who only go to buffets while they are on vacation in Las Vegas which is why they would want to eat only the gourmet big items.

We stayed a Ball's twice so remember how great the Sterling Brunch was before it shut down. This Sunday brunch looks just as good if not better. Thanks for being able to show it and taking one for the team by trying a little of everything. I may have gone straight to the lobsters, crab and shrimp and followed up with the meat, but glad to see you tried different item.
The sterling brunch was quite memorable and I recall it took a long time to get reservations… was it easier to make reservations when staying at Bally’s? There is quite a wait for reservations at this place too😯🙂

Hey Tim - back in your natural environment, a lobster and prime rib buffet in Vegas. Love how you had too much lobster and crab so decided to have an omelet made. Nice technique for serving desserts so they still looked lovely. Hello from smokey Willamette Valley Oregon.

Tim, the lobster/crab omelet was a great idea. Also I love the idea of using a credit card concierge to line up a reservation and letting them find cancellations for you. I've probably seen this buffet reviewed about 6 or 7 times, and still looks yummier than the Bacchanal buffet for the quality of item (not just the variety).
Lobster all the foods look so delicious thank you for sharing my niece work there.

Tim, the buffet looks great. When you got the bisque I immediately thought you would dip the massive shrimp and lobster into it. Surprised that you passed on the roasted potatoes. Thanks for sharing!
the sushi you didn't know looked like hamachi. Everything Edwin was carving up looked good and I guess it was, every thing you tried was better then the last...that looked like a lot of lobster but using some for the omelette was a great idea. I deffo would go for one or two of those pineapple desserts myself.

My routine starts with a variety selection of sushi. Second course is all seafoods and a side plate of vegetable. Light desserts to finish the meal.

To be honest, I actually did make the trip to Vegas mainly for this buffet. It’s books so far in advance that once they had an opening/cancellation,, I had to book the flight. Luckily, it’s only about $100 to fly Vancouver to Vegas.😀

I've stayed at the M a few times specifically for their buffet. It doesn't really matter if you're a big eater, the food quality was extremely good in all my experiences.
The quality is superb....I'd be happy with the prime rib alone😋

Hi Tim, we went there last week to celebrate my husband's birthday. It was amazing. I agree it's the best quality buffet anywhere in the Vegas area. I do have a question though. When you walked up to the hostess stand , I didn't hear them ask if you had a reservation (which are completely booked through next April). Did you have one or were you lucky enough to just show up and they had a waitlist or something like that? I really would love to go back is why I'm asking. Great video.

Always a pleasure to have brunch with you.
When the food jumps on your clothes- 😅 quickly wipe off the excess then rub an ice cube over the stain for several seconds. Then wipe again. The ice hardens the fibers so thr stain can't soak in - letting you wipe more of it away. Not perfect but I've had good luck with it!
