But I’ve seen nearly every game of R9’s at psv, Barca, inter and real. I was around to watch him at Milan. It’s not hard to find full games instead of highlights.
Keane knowing that they wanted him to say Lion and pointing it out shows how aware he is of his image.
Had the privilege of meeting Roy at a commercial activity 20 yrs ago. He was a gentleman, and spent 10 mins signing autographs for mainly man City supporters! Absolute legend and super human being.

Keano is a legend... But Dave Jones is excellent at what he does. Easy to look past what he does with the other icons on the show but he always keeps the energy up and conversation flowing between guests

I'm a big fan of Roy. Through reading his books and seeing him on TV he comes across as a humble, thoughtful man. He does have an abrasive edge to him too which of course was displayed in his playing days quite prominently. But he was a great player. His drive and determination to not only succeed but to push others towards his level is really unmatched. He's also quite funny and very deadpan in his humour. I have a lot of time for him.

Just an amazing player to watch I remember him at Juve he was more athletic than people give him credit for and ofc he was a maestro for Real, scored one of the most iconic goals in Champions League history. I'll never forget that game against Brazil at the 2006 World Cup he owned the pitch that night, made it look effortless

Erwin never seems to get a mention in England outside United fans but the Italian and Germans rate him very very highly among the best full backs ever.Him and Ashley Cole were the 2 best in the world at stages in there Career.Both were outstanding tacklers and readers of a game,getting forward obviously great also,Pace was equal.Erwin was the better goal scorer from free kicks and took penalties when Cantona was at United.

Roy Keane , amazing footballer, one of the best. He held and lead Man Utd for years. Arsenal would have squashed Man Utd if it wasnt for Keane . Ferguson would have done well to appreciate that and give roy his due.

Have to disagree (on the sporting aspect - the rest is very true about his legacy).
Valentino’s best quality was his ruthlessness, and his personality but Mick Doohan was more gritty and Casey Stoner was faster, and finally Marquez takes the best aspects of all of them and like him or not, his overall competitive spirit and utter single mindedness makes him the GOAT. Just watch again those laps up to the point of his injury in 2020. He makes the entire field look like jokers.
And yep, RIP to Chrissy, was at the BSB this weekend and it was a very touching tribute.

All Ireland final for sure especially for atmosphere and in terms of a spectacle no other sport comes close especially with the speed and pace it’s played at and obviously when Clare wins we beat cork in the last all-Ireland final we got too so I’ve found memories Watching playing cork.

I wonder, since Roy likes American Football so much, has he ever been to a college football game. I’ve never been to a Super Bowl but I’ve always felt every College Football game I’ve ever been to has been better than any NFL game I’ve ever attended. The atmosphere is just wonderful, so much more passionate with all the students there and meaning so much to the local community.
