Great stuff! Just picked up Rich's book. He's a treasure to the Kingdom and the two of you together is so energizing!! Thanks.
you're going to love it!
I hear your podcast regularly and I'm part of a smaller church (100 P.) in Germany. And here it's the same: the bigger churches become bigger, because there you have a lot more ressources, more different activities and most of all you have a bigger peergroup. The smaller churches struggled a lot after covid and worked so hard to minister the church members and reorganize themselves. But that was to stressfull for a lot of families and they just left, because the service in the bigger church is better organized and they can just go there without any expectations.
Great conversation. I appreciate how strategic the conversation was with examples but was intentional about the overall mission of the church
Thanks Trev, hope it was helpful.
This was a great episode and I gained so much from it! One of the things that was discussed was how you can be more intentional and proactive in creating an invite culture when you prepare messages a year in advanced and make it available to your people. Do you have a resource or a tool to help pastors like me who aren't the best at planning to plan sermon series so far in advance?
Lol am in NJ and always hear about liquid.
We need more good churches in my area.
May I ask what video service you use for your podcast?
Riverside FM
Hello Carey... I like this guy. But... Again, it is about keeping and plugging in those who come to our church. Can you do a series on evangelism in a Post Christian America?

@@CareyNieuwhof really good episode!
I took notes and noted some good takeaways.
But what was missing? Where is conviction? Where is passion? Where is power? Are people only attending where the Sr. Pastor and staff have the best resources?
I know the answer. I hope we believe in the urgent Word alone, Grace alone, and Faith alone, with Spirit anointed, empowered preaching and ministry as the ONLY hope for men's souls.
Itching ears?
Please stop using the word “like”. Like you know what like I mean? Like. So annoying and I stopped listening.
