I have tried some of your other videos which I really like but have tried this one. Was having extremely bad pain and limited movement in my head, neck and shoulders. This has worked wonders and I can now rotate my head completely without a twinge of pain. Thank you !

WOW! This felt so good! I could feel the stretch in my arm and shoulder as I slowly turned away from my arm. That's such a good stretch for tense shoulders.

Thank you, I've been having lots of neck/shoulder related issues in the last 4 weeks....It's hard to know whether what I'm dealing with involves a trapped nerve or not-or something otherwise like it. So your video is very timely for me! + Your other shoulder opening and neck videos have also been a great help.

Still my favorite yoga for my upper back/neck. I injured my back/neck a couple of years ago and this video helps me so much! I really need to do it more. Are there any other videos you recommend for the upper back and neck?

Hi Sandra, I'm not sure which exercises are for strengthening the neck and shoulders and which ones are for relief. I need neck and shoulder exercises that will help with chronic stiffness and 3 herniated disks. Some of the beginning poses near the wall were very helpful in opening up my shoulders.. the latter ones feel difficult to follow because I am concerned that I am not holding the correct posture and do not want to do further insult to my vertebrae. Is it possible to clarify which

I have the problem of "popping" neck, and sometimes severe pain. I tried this out but it only helps the pain and softens me up while I'm doing it. 10mins after, the pain and stiffness is back.
I take it would have more lasting benefits if I did this exercise conistently?

I really liked this therapy so far a yoga practitioner is concerned but do you think that this will be as easy for a non yoga practitioner given that he is already suffering of those problems?

Sadly (very) I am having problems viewing any of the new yoga web classes - all "unavailable". This is awful. What's happening? Our inspirational teacher Esther seems to be moving away from easy access (but it may be just the system).......I've been a devotee for years...I'd be happy to pay a subscription but NOT to be shut out of classes. Help & advice please!!??? Stephanie, NW London UK

This was so hard on my tense upper back muscles especially those between and around my shoulder blades I could not even handle it. All of the squeezing of my shoulder blades and pushing back with the heads of my arms was very painful, and I heard lots of grinding. I felt worse afterwards, and do not recommend this video!!
