Wow. I did this after I worked out [lifting baby weights, etc.] and it brought me back to level as well as brightened my mood immensely. I will definitely be making this a part of my workout routine, after I get out of work, and after yoga practices, too. So wonderful. Thank you!

You can always use a couch or a chair. Rest the backs of your legs on the seat, lay in front of the couch/chair with your back on the floor.
