    Wow. I did this after I worked out [lifting baby weights, etc.] and it brought me back to level as well as brightened my mood immensely. I will definitely be making this a part of my workout routine, after I get out of work, and after yoga practices, too. So wonderful. Thank you!

    I love this. But what if you don't have a wall to do that last pose against?

      You can always use a couch or a chair. Rest the backs of your legs on the seat, lay in front of the couch/chair with your back on the floor.

      Thanks, Maria. You mean with my knees bent and then my calves on the couch or chair?

      Exactly, with knees bent, that way you can rest the legs.

    4:49 I currently sleep like this (I have degenerative discs) but this is a one of the comfiest positions I can sleep in.
